Recommended Customer Reviews

Please never use this business. We were treated very poorly with the work that was performed and the amount charged. They speak friendly over the phone, but in the end its a whole another story.

I have used Hawk several times and always very happy with there service. They are my go to for all my plumbing problems.

We have used hawk for our plumbing and HVC needs for the last 15 years and they have been truly professional and honest with us. I would definitely recommend them for any plumbing and HVC work you need done. Reasonable pricing.

We have been using Hawk Air/Plumbing for over 12 years. Since we moved into current home. They have always provided quality service and good pricing for everything they have done.
We will not call any other company as they are in our neighborhood and respond on time and on schedule as their scheduler said when setting up the appointment.

Don't bother, at least in Dallas-Fort Worth. "Gaslighting" is the number one thing that plumbers and other handymen can do to homeowners to piss them off. Your appointment on some follow-up work was not on record. The person who made the appointment was not the one who makes appointments there (so you must be making this up). "I do apologize" does not honor a request for an investigation as to how this happened that an unauthorized employee (female, not the male speaking) made a fake appointment with a client who already paid about $1K for plumbing work. "I'll call you back in a minute or so," and then no callback at all. Because obviously, you are being difficult and demanding by asking that appointments be kept (or at least be receiving a call as to why not) and that calls be returned as promised. NOT OK. Otherwise, their work was OK. So take your chances if you think you will be treated differently. Yes, this is Ms. E in Fort Worth, jerks. You blew it, Josh or Jason or whoever you call yourself as the "scheduling person."

Saturday morning, I looked for a local plumber because my kitchen faucet was stopped up. Hawk Plumbing sent someone out, for $168 weekend service call. He arrived, put his allen wrench in the faucet's handle and stripped the screw. Then said there is nothing I can do for you. Have a nice day.
I called Hawk plumbing that afternoon and asked to speak with management. I was told they would call me. It's Tuesday afternoon now and still no call, nor is my problem solved.

When we couldn't reach the HVAC company we had used previously, Hawk was quick to return our call and had our non- emergency appointment scheduled two days later. They were very professional and helped us identify what repairs were required to meet the inspectors repair amendment submitted on the house we are selling. They completed the repairs very quickly and were very competitively priced. We will definitely use them again out at our new property.

Hawk Plumbing has been our plumbing service provider for our office for over 7 years now. Everyone from the office staff to the techs are always friendly and professional. The techs are quick to assess the issue and guarantee their work. I have even started using them for my own home. The new ownership have kept the integrity and standards as when Mr. Hawk was there. Highly recommend these guys if you're near the Eagle Mountain Lake area.

Excellent work. Very professional and efficient. Very amicable and explanatory. The only reasons I give them 4 stars instead of 5 is that when removing the tanks they relied on cleanup efforts instead of preventative measures. I have white carpeting and was worried that some of the rust stains/dirt would not come out. They need to lay plastic sheeting on carpeting to prevent direct contact with carpeting. Hard flooring and tile not a problem. My wife had to "finish" the cleanup effort to make it complete. They spent 9 hours in the attic in Texas in the Summer. Brutal. I can understand the fatigue that is part of the job.
The last thing was a water shut-off valve was left closed. Had this been the harder to access water heater instead of the easy one, a 60 year old dude would have had to make the gymnastic approach to find out what was wrong and turn the water supply back on. Luckily it was the "other" one.
I don't want this review to sound negative because it isn't. I HIGHLY recommend them and would certainly use them again. I just need to be fair and mention the items that could be improved upon.

The positives: They are quick to respond, polite, and professional. The negatives: They couldn't fix my A/C system. They came out three times within a one week period. Every time they came, it was something else was wrong. They are nice guys, but couldn't figure out our problem. The last guy kept telling me it was now our thermostat, when I knew it wasn't, as we had already tested and replaced the one we had. Would only recommend for general maintenance or servicing.
