We had problems with both plumbing and heating when we arrived at our cabin. I called Bonito River Services and we had plumber here within a half an hour to fix our urgent need, a leak at a failed ball valve. Next morning we had our short cycling furnace problem fixed quickly.
Both technicians were polite and capable.
One call did it all! Thank you!

Charged us 2,000$ to fix our plumbing. A month later, problems back. Now they say they can't fix it and do not guarantee their work. Now have to find someone else on top of the sum we paid them to waste our time. Unbelievably disappointed in Bonito river services

To begin with we do not like making disparaging comments, but I think it is imperative that the community know about this companies activities, knowledge and attitude towards the customer. We had what we believed to be a very serious issue with our air Conditioning and heating system. The young man that showed up was very nice but we soon discovered he was not very knowledgeable! He spent more time on the phone trying to get help from an associate. After two and a half hours later I went down stairs and asked him if he was having a problem. He told me that the system was not repairable and would have to be replaced. I asked him the ""While Thing""? He stated yes, the entire electronic board was shot and they could not repair it. This unit is only five years old I told him. He then packed up his tool bag, told me I would be contacted. He wrote me an invoice (that I could barley read, I had to ask him what it said because the hand writing was so in legible). The total was $238.50. There was a trip fee, truck fee, and 2.5 hours labor. I asked to speak with the owner before I signed it or paid it. I called their office and waited for a call back. I decided to call the New Mexico contractors board to get information on them. I was told the owner was a man named Paul. I called back and asked for Paul. The lady told me there was no Paul working there, she put me on hold and when she returned she once again stated there was no Paul there and that I needed to pay the invoice or they would turn me over to their collection agency. A very long story short I called another company out. They found a very simple problem with our system and repaired it. I have filed a formal complaint with the BBB and the New Mexico Contractors board. According to the board they have several complaints from customers just like me. According to the contractors board they purchased this company from this Paul individual and the never renewed their contractors license. I am still refusing to pay their invoice

I am so grateful for Diamond Heart Plumbing. I help my mother manage her condo and was notified that one of the condo units had a water leak. We weren't sure if it was hers or her neighbors. I am so amazed at how caring Mr. Chavez is. I called in desperation, for 8 days I was unable to use my plumbing. The septic was Full. I called 2 other services and got the run around, and no returned call. I called Chavez Septic and he came and saved my sanity in an hour. Even though he had just finished pumping another's tank, he came and pumped mine, enough to be able to use my plumbing. He said he'd come back the next day and true to his word, he did. And even though he made two trips to my home, he charged me a very reasonable price. Mr. Chavez you are a stellar man. Thank you, thank you,Thank You. I highly recommend Chavez septic services.
