I've been trying to get a Plummer to come over for about a month and none of the plumbers I called several times each even had the courtesy to return my calls. Yelp put me in touch with Eric of Hawaii Island Drain and Maintenance yesterday afternoon and he came out this morning and did a fantastic job! He was on time, personable and totally professional!!! ***** rating. If you need a plumber or drain specialist, call Eric. He's the best on the island!!!

Eric was fantastic! We had a REALLY clogged/leaking kitchen sink (hardened grease and sludge down the line) and we had tried everything, nothing worked, even snaking the drain was just poking a hole and only a temporary fix. Eric was great, he called me right back and scheduled, he arrived on time and explained everything to me, he really knows his stuff! He hydroflushed and fixed the problem! Exceptional service, I highly recommend him!

We had a major rootball blocking our main drain to the county sewer system which caused the plumbing to back up indoors, a very unpleasant situation.  Eric's response was immediate and within 30 minutes he was at our house.  With his state-of-the art equipment and years of experience with this type of  blockage specifically, he located the ""root"" of the problem and cleaned the line and the blockage out.  He explained every step of the process and provided us with a visual of the problem with his camera.  He also made recommendations on what the next steps should be to prevent a recurrence.  Could not be happier with his service!!!

I just gave them another 5 stars ***** Eric provided a quick response on a Saturday afternoon around 2:00 when we had damaged a water line. At the time we did not know it was the irrigation water line and thought it was the water line for the home. But Eric asked for a picture and confirmed that it was the irrigation line, so we turned off the water. However the backup valve for the house water line was dripping so Eric came on Monday to repair it. A very professional and reputable company here in Kamuela that I highly recommend.
