I wish I could give Eric six stars out of five! He was awesome. He responded promptly and gathered the pertinent information ahead of time to make sure he could complete the job. He came over right away and promptly repaired my difficult situation. The repair looks better than the plumbing before it broke! Our Christmas was on the way to being ruined but he got us up and running. Eric's fee was completely fair and certainly beat the other quotes I received. When he was done, he did not rush out but instead followed up to see if we had any other issues. In these times where it is hard to get anybody to work, Eric from Hawaii Island Drain and Maintenance came through for us and exceeded all expectations

Eric was fantastic! We had a REALLY clogged/leaking kitchen sink (hardened grease and sludge down the line) and we had tried everything, nothing worked, even snaking the drain was just poking a hole and only a temporary fix. Eric was great, he called me right back and scheduled, he arrived on time and explained everything to me, he really knows his stuff! He hydroflushed and fixed the problem! We had a major rootball blocking our main drain to the county sewer system which caused the plumbing to back up indoors, a very unpleasant situation.  Eric's response was immediate and within 30 minutes he was at our house.  With his state-of-the art equipment and years of experience with this type of  blockage specifically, he located the ""root"" of the problem and cleaned the line and the blockage out.  He explained every step of the process and provided us with a visual of the problem with his camera.  He also made recommendations on what the next steps should be to prevent a recurrence.  Could not be happier with his service!!!
