Avoid at all costs. You will be nickle and dimed. I was quoted $185/hr with a two hr minimum. Already steep but it's Manhattan. After 45 minutes they snaked one drain and it was working again. They billed $725. Called to remedy and ask for itemized receipt. They said I was misquoted and the minimum is actually 3 hours. I said that brings it to $555. Now all of a sudden they're saying well with materials and travel. The materials referred to are $15 gaskets. They knocked $125 off. Deciding whether to pursue in small claims. Scam.
