Mr. Nate Hammersley, thank you for your response to my review on Google. I had paid you $1100 as an earmarked downpayment on venmo after you signed a contract with me to replace two windows at a property in Muskegon. This was Saturday November 2nd.
The contract was for this to get done on or by Sunday November 3rd. I understand you weren't able to source the windows you were wanting; and I do appreciate your effort, however, at this point, I am requesting my funds back since you've been unable to complete the task I had hired you for.
I sent you a venmo reques to return the funds yesterday which you denied.
I have not been able to reach you via phone for the past 3-4 days. I am happy to share pictures here.
I am also happy to share a picture of the signed contract from your email address.
I have tried calling you from different numbers and I can see that those are not blocked. When I call from my number it goes directly to voicemail after one ring.
In your response to my google review, you mentioned you'd like me to call you so we can align. You have my number, I would love to receive your call. You are not answering mine nor are you responding to my texts or voicemail. I have a record of everything and I'm happy to share here if you'd like.

UPDATE::
As an update to your message mr. Hammersley, I am still waiting for your call. Further, please see attached the date the work was supposed to be completed, right to stop work, and how time is of the essence. Further, it remains odd you have me blocked and the only way I can communicate with you is via online message forums. I continue to wait for your call. So the record is clear, the call will be recorded. Please have the contract in front of you when you call me. Thank you for your cooperation.
UPDATE AS OF FRIDAY NOVEMBER 8TH 932 AM:
I have still not received a call from you Mr. Hammersley despite your private message to me stating to delete this review and that you will call me. You have me blocked. I have submitted all evidence of our contract and an official stop work order. Please return the funds and never do this again to anyone else.
I have called you about 20 times as of now.
