FANTASTIC!!! After my kitchen flooded due to a faulty disposal, I called my home warranty who sent our Haugen Plumbing and they did a fantastic job! They came over super quick and fixed up the problem even faster. They tighten all the plumbing, re-sealed everything and now I have a brand new disposal, and even offered me some advice on how to address a few other concerns that I had. Mark was great! Very professional, easygoing, and generallly a nice dude. After helping us with our plumbing issue, he mentioned he is also an approved vendor for Fidelity and Old Republic Home warranty companies, Duh I just remembered I had a warranty with Fidelity! He insisted he would wait to see if we could get the repair retroactively approved, and we did! He must have spent an additional 20-30 minutes waiting for us to call the warranty company and get approval just so he made sure that we saved money! Very toughtful and much appreciated, thanks again Mark!

We called Mark and he came out, checked out our situation and made a date to come back and fixed our problems - He showed up on the day he was suppose too. We had a problem with a faucet for (2) years, we have had many people look at it and couldn't fix it - so I tried and screwed it up - Well, Mark fixed it - you can't believe how happy we are, plus he fix the other problems. Haugen Plumbing was referred by a friend after another plumber would not schedule a follow up visit for a toilet repair where they had replaced the fill valve and water continued to run. Mark Haugen was prompt to reply and schedule a service call. He quickly identified problems (cleaned out debris, installed new angle stop valve) and made proper adjustments so toilet fills quickly and no more continued running water. I had another job to replace a worn and corroding outdoor hose bibb and install a ball valve, and replace some laundry hoses. Mark was prompt, knowledgable, and friendly, and I would certainly call him for any future plumbing needs.
