Mark has been out to our house twice. His company is on our home warranty list of vendors. Both times he has done outstanding work. His standards are higher than the standards of the people who have previously been out to my house as he has frequently had to get things ""up to code"". He's been great at doing this while keeping costs to a minimum. He's one of the few people who's card I keep and I wouldn't hesitate to call him for any non-warrantied work needing to be done at my house. Thanks Mark!

Mark was great! Very professional, easygoing, and generallly a nice dude. After helping us with our plumbing issue, he mentioned he is also an approved vendor for Fidelity and Old Republic Home warranty companies, Duh I just remembered I had a warranty with Fidelity! He insisted he would wait to see if we could get the repair retroactively approved, and we did! He must have spent an additional 20-30 minutes waiting for us to call the warranty company and get approval just so he made sure that we saved money! Very toughtful and much appreciated, thanks again Mark!

We called Mark and he came out, checked out our situation and made a date to come back and fixed our problems - He showed up on the day he was suppose too. We had a problem with a faucet for (2) years, we have had many people look at it and couldn't fix it - so I tried and screwed it up - Well, Mark fixed it - you can't believe how happy we are, plus he fix the other problems. He did a great job - he's our man! Great Plumber!

Haugen Plumbing was referred by a friend after another plumber would not schedule a follow up visit for a toilet repair where they had replaced the fill valve and water continued to run. Mark Haugen was prompt to reply and schedule a service call. He quickly identified problems (cleaned out debris, installed new angle stop valve) and made proper adjustments so toilet fills quickly and no more continued running water. I had another job to replace a worn and corroding outdoor hose bibb and install a ball valve, and replace some laundry hoses. Mark was prompt, knowledgable, and friendly, and I would certainly call him for any future plumbing needs.

I had a pinhole leak in my home. I hadn't even lived here a year yet. Long story short, it caused mold and my insurance and the mold company made it really hard for me to get this done quickly and away of my own pocket. Mark Haugen was the only honest contractor out of the bunch. Not only was his work clean and efficient, he stood up for me and let me know what it was that I needed to be careful about-- from leaks, to the people who are supposed to take care of them (mold companies, field adjusters). The best part of this horrible occurrence is that I met an honest man who happens to be an excellent plumber. Especially if you're new to leaks and the process, I recommend Haugen Plumbing.

Bad experience. They charge a $150 call out fee. Then they quote a ridiculous high price so the customer is screwed either way. My wife called and explained the issue and was assured' that it wouldn't cost be more than than $350.00. Plumber arrived, looked at the issue and said it would be $468,00 but claimed additional work needed to be done and the total bill would be $1260.00. I was working from home that day and wife asked me to speak with the Plumber. The guy stated that all the work needed to be done to comply with city code and therefore nothing could be done unless we paid the full $1260.00. I didn't believe him informed him that we would find someone else. My wife had been dealing with the plumber directly and had agreed to a call out fee so we were out the $150.00.
My suspicions were proved correct, we called another plumber and it was a simple fix, The cost ..... $249.00!!!

Amazing customer service from my initial contact with Mark from Haugen. I called several times prior to my service date with various questions, he answered patiently each time! Now, our job is being completed with exceptional professionalism.
I had a slab leak in my previous home and dealt with many plumbers, NOW that I know of Haugen Plumbing, a slab leak wouldn't be so frightening!!
Honest, professional, friendly, great service and delightful personality!
