Mark Haugen has helped me in the past. He is almost a neighbor and I prefer to keep $$ in our community.
Mark responded quickly to my kitchen sink backup. Whatta mess! He was here pronto. He is friendly, articulate and did not mind that I wanted to watch the process. He sure knows his stuff! A true professional!
I'd really give him 10 stars!

Haugen showed up today for a plumbing issue we were having under our kitchen sink and I must say that Mark did an outstanding job!! Not only did he fix our problem but was able to answer every question that I had posed. Mark was prompt, friendly, wore a mask & definitely knows his business but felt we were ripped off being charged $225 for Labor Only (parts were separate) for just under an hour - Really??? I know trades have been busy during Covid with people spending time & money upgrading their homes but that's no excuse to take advantage of the customer. We'll be using another plumber next time. Too bad as we liked him & lives only a mile away from us & our rental.

Mark was able to come out on short notice and went above and beyond. He so was kind and professional. The problem that we were having actually turned out to be an appliance issue, not a plumbing issue and Mark went out of his way to call the manufacture of the dishwasher (a company that has a really long hold time to even get ahold of anyone) something he definitely didn't have to do, but he did anyways. He even called to follow up with me the same day to let me know what the manufacture said. We finally have answers thanks to Mark. Thank you so much for taking the time you did today for us, we are so grateful for you and your kindness.

I met Mark atv Haugen today when he arrived at my home to replace my upstairs guest bathroom faucet.

I have an Old Republic home warranty and had bad luck with the 2 previous plumbers. I had been told that the faucet needed to be cut off by the 2 previous plumbers. Mark removed the old leaky faucet and replaced it with a new Moen faucet....
just one visit.

I also had Mark check out our water regulator
My house is 20 years old....and the water regulator has been leaking in the garage. Mark was able to replace my water regulator and replace my faucet in the same visit.

Mark Haugen exemplifies professionalism in an industry that may not be known as that to be a priority. We had a relatively small job that was not going to net him a lot of money, but he still handled it with clear communication and found another potential issue and fixed that as well.

Thank you so much for responding so promptly on a SATURDAY and fixing our emergency! We were having a dishwasher installed and unfortunately the installer broke off the on/off valve to the water pipe for the dishwasher. Mark fixed it right up and since he did such an amazing job he's helping us with another project! Highly recommend Haugen Plumbing!
