Multiple issues with this company from not returning calls, being lates (4 hours) from the time we were told, leaving plumbers tape in our pipes causing our drains not to work, getting solder on our bathroom floor, and many other issues. Left the job and did not come to finish we had to call them to come back. When the plumber showed up he was visibly angry and frustrated that he had to complete the work which consisted of going under our home. He proceded to put a kitchen drain in our bathtub. It got to the point my husband did not ask him to finish because he was so angry we were not sure what else he would sabotage. Basically if you hire this plumber all I can say is good luck.

sorry to say, again reminded of how i was ripped off. same toilet backed up. how do these people stay in business. oh, i know. first time customers only.

Not happy. Scheduled a new install of a dishwasher a week ago. They scheduled me for today at Noon. One o'clock, no show. Called them, """"He's just cleaning up a job. Be there soon""""......2:20, no show. Called them, """" We are running behind, be there soon"""". Arrival, 3:30. Took two hours to install the dishwasher, plus two other small jobs that I needed done. One didn't get fixed, after I was told this is a quick fix. Just disappointed. I have used them once before and everything went great. Hesitant to use Hauck again.

Mark came out and bid the job, actually several different plumbing jobs that we needed to have done. Since it would take the greater part of a day to complete them all, and he would need a second plumber for part of it, he made an appointment for the following week. Mark showed up on the day he said he would and completed the entire job that same day. Replacing the 16 year old water heater took a lot more time and effort than he expected as the floor under the water heater needed to be rebuilt. He even replaced part of the bricks in the """"skirt"""" that he not not even removed. So when he left everything looked clean and neat. Not only that, despite the extra work, he only charged us his original bid amount. All in all a professional job completed at a fair and honest bid price. Thank you Mark.

Zero stars. 700 hundred bucks and still toilet backup.. Sold two toilets with nothing wrong with them. I Was loyal long time costomer, till I was send son. Big mistake on marks part. called and spoke to him to no avail. I'm gone. Never again.

AMAZING!!! I don't know where to begin. These Mark Jr. and Sr. and brother Bob are professional, knowledgeable, reasonably priced, committed, thorough, timely, they CLEAN up after themselves and the list goes on. I just had my house repiped and they did impeccable work. When I arrived home, my house looked as good as it did when I left and the job was quite extensive. Again, AMAZING!! We are beyond pleased with their work! Thank you Hauck Master Plumbers!!!

Think twice before hiring this company. We were quoted $1600 to install a new drain field for our septic system being told it could be done begun in a couple days. They arrive at the house with no permit and if we choose to go with the permit (which is the county code) it would then cause the price to go in to the $5000-ish range... Excuse me? I pull permits daily and it does not cost anywhere close to an additional $5k to get this type of permit to be obtained. We were getting charged an additional $3400 to wait for the permit...

Another job well done for me by Hauck plumbing. My water heater that they installed 4 years ago went out, they tried to repair it but couldn't find the part needed, they didn't want to leave me without hot water so they replaced it with a new upgraded one (the old was under warranty) with no charge to me other than labor. I'm very satisfied!

Called and left a message with their service and never got a call back. Used them 15 years ago and was very happy. Perhaps there are some issues with the owner. I was forced to call another service

Hauck Master Plumbers came to my house because my water softener (about 12 years old) stopped working. They replaced the resin and did whatever other magic needed to happen and told me the unit would be good until the resin once again would need to be replaced in about 6-7 years. They were professional and came when they said they would. I believe the cost was fair. I am very satisfied, and I will call them again, although hopefully not for a long time : )
