Where do I start? I am flipping a large home in the area. I scheduled Hauck five times over 10 weeks. All appointments were made with Mark Sr. (owner) and were set for a two hour window. For three of the five appointments, the plumber arrived hours later than the agreed upon window. For the second appointment, they actually never showed up at all. When I called to ask why, Mark Sr. said that the got behind and I needed to reschedule. Really? No phone call, no nothing. The third time the plumber (Zack) arrived two hours later than the window. He said he was sent to another job before me. Again, the blame was put on Mark Sr. (owner) for the scheduling issue. Yesterday, I had an appointment window between 9-11 am. The plumber (Mark Jr...who does great work when he is here), arrived at 12:30 when I was leaving for another activity. When I asked why he was so late, his reply was """"my dad does the scheduling and we just go where we are told"""". Really? Given it was the third time they were late (out of only five appointments), I decided that Hauck does not respect their customer's time and activities. So I fired them. I then called Continental Plumbing. Found out that their prices are the same as HAcuk. But, they use software and technology to schedule, dispatch, track via GPS, and invoice. After I called them, the plumber showed up within 30 minutes. He did the work perfectly in 40 minutes. Do yourself a favor. Use Continental as opposed to Hauck. You will be glad you did.

AMAZING!!! I don't know where to begin. These Mark Jr. and Sr. and brother Bob are professional, knowledgeable, reasonably priced, committed, thorough, timely, they CLEAN up after themselves and the list goes on. I just had my house repiped and they did impeccable work. When I arrived home, my house looked as good as it did when I left and the job was quite extensive. Again, AMAZING!! We are beyond pleased with their work! Thank you Hauck Master Plumbers!!!

My mother lives in NPR and can not really deal with the day to day needs to take care of her utility repairs. I take care of this for her from NY. I've been dealing with Hauck Master Plumbers for the past 3-4 years at least and have ALWAYS gotten fast service from them and have NEVER felt they've been taking advantage of our situation by overbilling. In fact, I find their charges to be more than fair but don't tell them. I wont. On my last trip there I went by their offices to introduce myself and put a face(s) to the voices I've dealt with. Offices not much but who cares about that. Always nice to deal with.

Multiple issues with this company from not returning calls, being lates (4 hours) from the time we were told, leaving plumbers tape in our pipes causing our drains not to work, getting solder on our bathroom floor, and many other issues. Left the job and did not come to finish we had to call them to come back. When the plumber showed up he was visibly angry and frustrated that he had to complete the work which consisted of going under our home. He proceded to put a kitchen drain in our bathtub. It got to the point my husband did not ask him to finish because he was so angry we were not sure what else he would sabotage. Basically if you hire this plumber all I can say is good luck.

Hauck Master Plumbers came to my house because my water softener (about 12 years old) stopped working. They replaced the resin and did whatever other magic needed to happen and told me the unit would be good until the resin once again would need to be replaced in about 6-7 years. They were professional and came when they said they would. I believe the cost was fair. I am very satisfied, and I will call them again, although hopefully not for a long time : )

DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY. THEY TAKE ADVANTAGE OF THE ELDERLY!!! My 75 year old father used this company loyally for ten years. He recently ordered a bidet toilet and hired Hauck Master Plumbers for install. Hauck Master Plumbers not only broke this expensive bidet toilet beyond repair, but come to find out this company charged my 75 year old father, who is also a veteran, $400 to break his toilet. I immediately expressed concern that in all my years I had NEVER had a plumber charge me just to diagnose and definitely not to break a toilet. My father called and spoke with Hauck Master Plumbers and they came to an agreement to refund my father $200 in the form of a check. They NEVER sent the money back. Ed Hauck Master Plumbers are run by liars and thieves. They took advantage of my elderly father, lied, and stole from him. I have never been so disgusted. This is not how the elderly or veterans of this country deserve to be treated. BEWARE!

Mark came out and bid the job, actually several different plumbing jobs that we needed to have done. Since it would take the greater part of a day to complete them all, and he would need a second plumber for part of it, he made an appointment for the following week. Mark showed up on the day he said he would and completed the entire job that same day. Replacing the 16 year old water heater took a lot more time and effort than he expected as the floor under the water heater needed to be rebuilt. He even replaced part of the bricks in the """"skirt"""" that he not not even removed. So when he left everything looked clean and neat. Not only that, despite the extra work, he only charged us his original bid amount. All in all a professional job completed at a fair and honest bid price. Thank you Mark.

Not happy. Scheduled a new install of a dishwasher a week ago. They scheduled me for today at Noon. One o'clock, no show. Called them, """"He's just cleaning up a job. Be there soon""""......2:20, no show. Called them, """" We are running behind, be there soon"""". Arrival, 3:30. Took two hours to install the dishwasher, plus two other small jobs that I needed done. One didn't get fixed, after I was told this is a quick fix. Just disappointed. I have used them once before and everything went great. Hesitant to use Hauck again.

Think twice before hiring this company. We were quoted $1600 to install a new drain field for our septic system being told it could be done begun in a couple days. They arrive at the house with no permit and if we choose to go with the permit (which is the county code) it would then cause the price to go in to the $5000-ish range... Excuse me? I pull permits daily and it does not cost anywhere close to an additional $5k to get this type of permit to be obtained. We were getting charged an additional $3400 to wait for the permit...
