They charged us a very high service fee just to come to our home, which they did not disclose beforehand. Also, they rarely answer the phone or return calls/messages, and are very slow to respond to email. Would not recommend. Plenty of other good plumbers who are responsive and don't charge exorbitant fees.

There should be 100x 5 star ratings for this small dependable company. The amount of reviews here is not reflective of how many people use this company. Always responsive. Tell you the truth and know their plumbing skills, the old fashioned, correct, diagnostic way. I trust them and don't fear that they will get to the bottom of a problem. Such a breath of fresh air after so many incorrect runarounds by others in this business. Highly recommend.

Awesome perfect plumbers. Called late in the day they came the next morning and installed a beautiful kitchen faucet and soap dispenser and fixed an outdoor tap as well. Super fast, efficient, knowledgeable and really nice to talk to. I had purchased a faucet from a store but I have a whole bunch of broken ones from that same store. Arthur had in his van a much better faucet for less money. it is amazing as is the lady who took my call, Melsissa, and Steve who called me back right away to schedule.

I have done service with Hathaway plumbing to have called to install my washer and dryer last week. I prefer them as they are in our neighborhood. The owner of the company told me they charge $130 an hour and when I received the bill they charged $150 an hour. There were parts that need for washer and dryer. The guy who brought part said it is $30 in cost but I have bill it says $87. I have no clue what is going on? I am not happy what they do and send the charges for.

Hathaway had done some work at my house years ago, so I called them recently when I needed plumbing help and left a message asking them to call me. I didn't hear from them, so I called and left a second message a few days later. Still nothing, so I called a third time the following week and spoke to a woman who said she's call me back but never did. Maybe you'll have better luck.

Just had another wonderful experience with Arthur and the whole Hathaway plumbing team. I never post reviews but felt compelled to do so given the excellent service we received. Called Hathaway in the AM, got a call back within an hour or so, and Arthur was at our house by midday ready to resolve our issue. Problem solved, and new disposal installed before 2PM the same day. Totally awesome, we're so grateful!

Steve, Arthur, and all the other guys we've used have always done the right thing by us. We've used them both for larger jobs and small, and called them in emergencies when necessary. They took the time to make sure the job was done right and their pricing has been fair. Trustworthy.
