I called Hatfield Brothers on September 4th for a plumbing job. The man who answered the phone took down my information and said they'd call the next day during business hours. When they didn't call, my husband called on September 7th. He got the same guy on the phone. After my husband explained that our sink, dishwasher, and toilet were leaking, the guy asked if we had called previously. He sounded annoyed. He gave us an appointment on September 22nd, saying that was the earliest appointment he had. My husband gave him his phone number and our address. They told us a time range they'd arrive on the 22nd.

When they didn't show, I called them. The same guy said they'd been texting my husband all weekend for pictures of the problem and canceled the appointment when he didn't reply. Come to find out, the guy had transposed two digits. When I asked why he hadn't tried my number, he said he didn't have it. He said he would call later to reschedule the appointment. It is now November 4th, and he never called. We found another plumber who was able to come out right away and didn't play games with us. I don't recommend this company. What a waste of time.

I think that Hatfield Brothers Mechanical has a superior staff and provides excellent Heating and Air Conditioning services. The two Hatfield Brothers are very knowledgeable and price their goods and services very fairly for every client. I, for one, am very satisfied with their continuing services and reliability.
