First and foremost! This company showed up when they said they would. Doug and his helper were prompt and professional. We had 4-5 leaking faucets inside and outside that they fixed. I would recommend this company to anyone for their plumbing needs. As their name states our experience was "Hassle Free"!

I can't say enough GREAT things about this company. My 89 year old dad had a broken toilet and they were quick to respond! Not only was their service quick and well done, they were super friendly and charged about 1/2 what we expected. We need more businesses like Hassell Free Plumbing. They take GREAT care of their clients.

They were on time, very nice and polite. fixed the problem the first time with minimal down time. the team did not leave a mess upon completion of the job. the price was as quoted no hidden fees or cost. will use them next time

Look elsewhere for affordable, punctual plumbing work. These guys make up all sorts of reasons why they "no-showed" your appointment. Uncle died... neighbors dog got run over... I'm serious. They are very pricey also. As previously a builder on this lake I feel qualified to say, I know what to expect from the trades and the price range of what subcontractors should bid within. I'm fairly certain Hassel Free plumbing looks at their near-future appointments and bids their jobs accordingly. They have always been the highest bidder AND the least reliable when they did get the job. Billing... for some reason their billing department can't seem to get it right. Prepare to spend 10 minutes on the phone to make a simple credit card payment. And should you need a refund... expect to make 3 calls to a rude office employee. I'm writing this review because I finally gave up on Hassel Plumbing ever getting it right. Don't be discouraged looking for a plumber here at the lake. I've been using East Texas Plumbing lately and they've been knocking my work out of the park. Good luck!
