My kitchen pull-out faucet sprang a leak and ruined the floor in the cabinet below. I called another plumber as I had the new faucet on hand, but the were too busy but Hase got me in the same day. There is no higher mark than that! Did a beautiful job and the workman Rich was a gem. Absolutely recommend them.

We had a service agreement with Hase Plumbing and Heating and had it serviced. We left prior to the tech servicing our air conditioner. When we came home, we had no air conditioning and it was running perfectly prior to them servicing the air conditioning unit. For the next 2 days, my furnace fan did not shut off; however, it was not cooling. I notified the tech who serviced the air conditioner and he got someone to come and look at it. The tech found that 2 components had been fried inside my air conditioner. They could not figure out why my air conditioner unit had no power going to it. They had me get a couple circuit breakers, which I did, but they could not install them because they were not qualified electricians. The tech was informed that I was not responsible for paying any additional fees for service or parts. He continued to work on the unit and replaced the 2 components which was approximately $40.00. We had a certified electrician come and check the problem out. There was nothing wrong with the circuit breakers. As a matter of fact, Hase Plumbing techs were not looking in the correct breaker panel which operated the air conditioning unit. The electrician took a total of 15 minutes to find and fix the problem. Hase Plumbing was notified about the problem and I told them that I felt that this was not a coincidence, that the unit was working, they serviced it and then it was not working. The service contract was paid in advance. Two weeks passed and I received a bill for $257. I talked to Jim Hase letting him know that there was no way that I was going to pay this bill. I did say I would pay for the parts but was not going to be stuck with paying 2 hours of labor for someone who didn't know what he was doing. As a matter of fact, the tech that replaced the parts told me that he was not a certified air conditioning specialist, he was an apprentice; however, there was no one present with him to show him how the job was to be done. When explaining this entire situation to Mr. Hase, he told me he was tired of listening to my lies and then hung up on me. This guy evidently doesn't know the first thing about customer service. He will never be allowed to work on anything of mine and neither should anybody have them service anything of theirs' after reading this. It is amazing that when you have a situation like mine, you find out that you are not the only one that has had problems with Hase Plumbing. Customers Beware!!!

Our Realtor had them winterize a house in Brentford SD for us. Their bill was over 700.00 and they had 2 guys at 3.5 hours each. Average cost to winterize a home is 2 to 5 hundred. They really padded this bill. When we called to talk to Rocky it was a fool. Never ever use this overpriced Shister . terribly sliw. Its because the charge by the hour .

Hired them to install new water heater. The tech who did install forgot to turn power to unit back on and left floors a dirty mess( no booties). Then the scale from pressurizing new heater blew into kitchen hot water line causing loss of pressure. I was charged another service call for them to fix that issue. In the process of that call the tech broke my drain pipe causing a huge leak and another service call to fix. When I contacted them regarding the additional charges (over $200) Rocky got defensive and ended up hanging up on me. Do yourself a favor and go elsewhere. They are clearly more concerned with service fees and hours billed than actually servicing your plumbing and heating issues.
