Horrific experience! They damage our dryer top and tour out staircase to attic. I got pictures to prove. After a lot of heated phone calls over months , they reimbursed. NEVER AGAIN :(

My elderly parents needed repairs to their toilets. I called and they sent a person right out . Plumber told that they didn't repair the the brand of toilet they had bought from Home Depot. Tried to upsell them to two brands they carried. The price got up to over $1,500 before he was told that the price was too high. He charged them $39.00 then left. I would not recommend this company to anyone. Too $$$$$!

Long story - but essentially we have been having the same issue for a year. About every 6 months our whole system backs up and comes out the overflow outside. Harvey West came out and and cleaned it out and both times told us it was likely just too much toilet paper being used. We didnt believe that given that there are 2 of us using the toilets and my husband is at work all day everyday. We asked them to look into it further, and they told us there was no need.
We decided to just move on and pray it didn't happen again.

Well today it did and we tried a different company to come out. Well they cleaned it out and then put a camera in the pipe to see what the issue was. Well there is a tree branch that has grown through it and broken the pipe. So every time the toilet flushes it snags the paper and causes these back ups.
They were shocked we don't have an issue more frequently.

If you want a real answer to the problem I would NOT recommend this company. It seems as though they would just rather ignore the issue and put a band aid on it so that they can continue to take your money every few months.

We will definitely use their service again. They were able to come out in a timely manner and fix the busted pipe that froze over. The price was reasonable and Brandon was able to quickly identify and solve the problem!!! Thank you guys!

This is my first time using HWP and I can say I'm very pleased. I spoke with them on Monday and they sent a technician out (he was on time, knowledgeable and very polite- very important to me). It only took Chase a few minutes to look at my water heater and diagnose the problem. He explained what needed to be done and gave me the quote for the service. A bit pricey but I called and spoke to the manager John the next day and he explained the reason for the price and I felt better informed. Although he was not able to install the heater that day he did come back the next morning as he said (on time again) and installed the heater. I would recommend HWP and will use them again if I have a need.

Have used HWP for several jobs. For the most part they have done a fine job. I did have one job that needed a followup.
Prices are a bit high, but they show up on time or earlier.

A tip for those that want new faucets inside...buy the faucet first...anytime you take from a plumber's inventory it will be expensive. Then you just pay for labor.

I should of looked at these reviews before I called them. They are horrible, over prices, manager was rude. They ran a line for my dryer, cut the hole in the wrong wall and did not do it right. When I called to complain, they said it was not their problem. DO NOT use them.

I had a good experience with Harvey West Plumbing. I received more than one quote for a new water heater and not only was theirs the best price for the exact same unit as the others, they explained the options patiently and thoroughly, and were very dutiful about making the appointment for both the quote and the install. I am satisfied with their work so far and look forward to using them in the future.

Have used Harvey West Pluming three times and have been extremely satisfied each time. The first time I called them to look at my hot water heater as it was not heating water. The technician responded quickly and was able to replace the heating elements efficiently. This was over 3 years ago and I do not recall the price, but was very pleased with the company.

I used them again to replace a garbage disposal. I purchased the $99 policy which waived the service fee as well as got me discounted pricing. Again, very pleased with the work and price.

The third time I used Harvey West was this past weekend when they came out and rebuilt 3 toilets, repaired a shower valve, replaced a bathroom sink, replaced the drain tray for the washing machine, and replaced a kitchen faucet. I paid $2200 for the work and was pleased with the outcome. Larry was professional and the work was quality. They may be priced high; but, I don't mind paying the price because I trust this company to do quality work. I also know if something goes wrong with what they worked on, they will be out to fix the issue.

Price is important, but I believe trust in a company is more important.

I wished I would of google the reviews before I called them. They over charge you and they created tons of sheet rock damage to my home. DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY. When I called to complain to the manager, he did not care. His exact words are "we are not responsible". Please do not put yourself through this aggravation.
