I had an issue on Monday morning and they were here within an hour-and-a-half. They gave me a time they would be at my place and showed up on time and were friendly and knowledgeable. Very professional. I have used Harvey Baker Plumbing in the past and will not hesitate to use them again. I highly recommend!

One very EXPENSIVE clogged kitchen sink! I was charged $250 to unclog/snake one kitchen sink that took less than 30 minutes. I can't believe the excessive price gouging for this service. I can understand if there was time taken to prep the area, remove any items or excess water, etc., but I took care of all that and had the area prepped for the technician. I even provided extra towels, bowls and a real flashlight instead of his phone flashlight. The unclogging left more of a mess to clean than expected. Included in the invoice was a $10 miscellaneous charge, for what I don't know. I even called the office to make sure I wasn't accidentally overcharged. The response, without hesitation: """"Nope, that's the right price"""". Ouch! Unfortunately, I wasn't able to wait for a better priced plumber. Next time, I'll wait!

I we moved to florida 3 years ago and have had a lot of plumbing needs with our old house. Harvey baker was a go to until - few weeks ago when we had a terrible service call. One of our toilets was not flushing well so I called Harvey baker. The plumbers that arrived were younger folks I did not recognize from my previous calls. The augered the toilet once and it flushed. I was very happy to see it flush but concerned that it seemed like a small clog that I should've been able to clear up with plunging. I asked him if there was anything else I could do to make the toilet work better. They told me to replace the toilet and told me it was an old cheaper model. About an hour after they left the toilet wasn't flushing again. I called them back and they refused to offer any assistance without a completely new service call. They said we do not offer guarantees even if it seems that the problem was not fixed with the initial visit. I can understand this policy but as a repeat customer some pretty expensive work with them I feel like they could've refunded me the $180 they charge or taken for free. I also feel like the plumbers that came this time. We're not very knowledgeable or professional. One of them dropped a vape pen in my house. In case I have decided to go with a new company.

I had a great experience with Harvey Baker Plumbing. They came out the day I called to fix my water heater. All of the employees were very professional. They fixed the heater and the cost was VERY reasonable. I would highly recommend them.

Called Harvey Baker plumber today after my """"go-to"""" plumber unsuccessfully attempted to clear a blocked branch line via the roof vents. The previous plumbers came out hopped on the roof, ran 75' of cable down the vents, allegedly reached the septic tank and declared """"its your tank, you need a pump out."""" Collected their $175 and went about their business. Trusting the diagnosis of professionals I arranged for a pump out for the following day. After doing some routine trouble shooting, (accessing the septic tank lid) and determining that the kitchen sink could flow effortlessly into the septic tank we determined the tank was fine and didn't need a pump out at all. We had an obstruction somewhere from the master shower / toilet branch line into the main line. (Both bathrooms were affected after the vent snaking) Rather than deal with the original plumbers who couldn't fix it the first time, I contacted Harvey Baker plumbing first thing in the morning and got Marcia. She was very sympathetic and knowledgeable to my situation. Unfortunately they were booked solid but she'd put me on the schedule for 1500-1700 and if there were any cancellations she'd send someone over. I was thankful to get same day service and thanked her. As luck would have it, she called me back within 10 mins and had a guy available due to a cancellation and the tech would be over in 30 mins. Elated, I waited until plumber Gary and another fellow arrived. I relayed the situation and what I wanted to have done and they got to work. Our suspicions were confirmed and Gary went to work dismantling the toilet to snake it out. I monitored the opened septic tank and could hear the snake making its way to the main line. Eureka! There was a decent flow of nasty making its way into the tank. Success! Gary investigated the other entries to the main line, confirmed we had all branches cleared and reassembled the toilet with a new wax ring and John bolts. I secured the septic tank lid and we wrapped it up. I really wanted to include a clean out on the main line for future trouble shooting and maintenance and we were able to get that done as well. If you don't have one, get one. A Lot of your plumbing issues can be solved with a clean out installed. All said and done, the work performed came in cheaper than a pump out that wouldn't have solved anything except relieving me of another $400. 100% completely satisfied with Harvey Baker plumbing from start to finish. They're an incredible team that earned my business and made Harvey Baker Plumbing my new """"go-to"""" plumber.

Helped out with a busted water valve in the master bath shower - was pleased with the prompt service and affordable pricing. A couple of minor details were overlooked, such as not being to do the job with just one plumber, tightening the shower handle, and opening the external valve after the work was done; but other than that, great job!

Fast, friendly and efficient service. What more could you ask for in a plumbing company? We called the day before and they were able to get us in the same day due to a cancellation. They call before they come and have a super accurate time of arrival - always great! They gave me a price on the phone and it actually ended up being less money for what was serviced - another win! The plumber himself was great and checked some other plumbing in our house in addition to what he was fixing at no extra cost. I would definitely use them again for our plumbing needs and would recommend them to others!
