I was lead to believe, by my dishwasher installer, that my kitchen faucet needed a new valve. I called Harvey Baker plumbing and they came out to my home, throughly inspected the valve and determined that there was nothing wrong with it....and they did not charge me for the service. These guys are professionals with integrity.

I was in need of a plumber and went to Yelp for opinions and suggestions. Because of proximity and good ratings, I chose Harvey Baker Plumbing. I was at first impressed with their on the phone quote and reasonable service fee (another quote was twice their rate!). I made an appointment for the following day for them to replace a kitchen faucet and I was further impressed that they called me later that day to tell me they had a cancellation and could send someone out that same day. As fate would have it, I could not be home at that time but the next day, Jon-Jon arrived within the original timeframe they promised and completed the job within the hour. Courteous, professional, and detail oriented. He made sure the surface was perfectly clean and debris free before installing the new hardware and checked everything out meticulously before he left, cleaned up and I had a beautiful new faucet installed. I will definitely call Harvey Baker again for any of my plumbing needs, God willing that won't be soon but just sayin'

Helped out with a busted water valve in the master bath shower - was pleased with the prompt service and affordable pricing. A couple of minor details were overlooked, such as not being to do the job with just one plumber, tightening the shower handle, and opening the external valve after the work was done; but other than that, great job!

I called short notice and they schedules an appointment for the very next day. They sent out a representative by the name of john john and he was wonderfull. He fixed up the bathroom in a short time and wasnt awkward or uncomftarble with the setting. He cleaned up well aftee himself and tried his hardest to resolve the problem with as little inconvenience as possible. I will be saving their number as i see no reason to go to anyone else in the future. The price was reasonable. Many thanks

Just want to give a huge thank you to Shadow @ Harvey Baker Plumbing, Inc. My wife and I came home to wet floor boards and moisture everywhere. Shadow came out after hours on a Saturday, diagnosed the problem, which wasn't even plumbing (our AC condenser has died :( ) and explained what we needed to do. Then he chose to comp. the call 100% for us due to the quick time of service. Once again, this was at 8PM on a Saturday! I know I won't be using any other plumber in the future. I've tried others but this is by far the best experience I've ever had with a home service company. I strongly suggest skipping others and trying them first.

This is the second time we have used Harvey Baker Plumbing. Both times we have had simple requests, but I would recommend them based on how quickly they were able to fit us in (Marcia even called to say they had an earlier appointment come open), the professionalism of the tech who came out (both times very polite and efficient), and what we think is reasonable pricing (let's face it, if you aren't doing it yourself you have to pay for someone's time to come out and make the fix). Will use them again if the need arises and would recommend them to friends.

This is a great family business! We always lean towards family businesses to stay away from the drama of larger corporations. I first called Harvey Baker plumbing after we remodeled a bathroom. When we got ready to install the shower and tub fixtures, the valve needed to be replaced, and it was kinda rigged in, so instead of risking a disaster, we called to have a pro come out. Marcia was great, asked all the right questions, was knowledgeable, and set up an appointment within two days. Shadow came out and saw that the previous valve was completely rigged, so he asked if I would allow him to do what he needed to ensure that it looked great and worked the best possible. He actually had to go in to the master bathroom and cut a hole in the wall to work from behind the shower wall of the remodeled bathroom. This was awesome as it didn't involve any damage to the shower tiles in the renovated bathroom. I couldn't have been happier. I also had arranged for him to put the new fixtures in to include the drain, overflow thing, shower head, faucet, and tub spout. It took under three hours and was flawless! I really appreciated the care he put towards the bathroom since we had already put so much time into it. Fast forward a week and a half and we called again, this time for a toilet issue in our Oviedo house. I dropped plastic down the toilet in December, and flushed it rather than get it out. It was an odd shaped plastic contraption that we couldn't snake out on our own. So, we called Harvey Baker Plumbing and they had an appointment within two business days. Even better, the day prior to the appointment, Marcia called saying there was a cancellation, and asked if we wanted the plumber to come out then. Unfortunately, I was not home, so we had to stick to the appointment the next day (the whole point being, how great is it that they offered someone to come out sooner than expected??). Shadow came out again, right on time, and it took him about 25 minutes to solve the dilemma of the plastic piece in the toilet. He actually had to remove the toilet (which we couldn't do because it was mortared in). Another great, quick, efficient, and fair priced job. Harvey Baker plumbing is now on the list of local professionals to turn to when needed. I would recommend them 100% to anyone needing a plumber.

I really wanted to like this company, based on the other reviews, but I didn't have a positive experience. The scheduling department was very nice and accommodating. I called on a Wednesday and made the appointment for a Monday (most convenient for me and was not an emergency situation). However on the day of the appointment, the technician called at 8AM to say he needed documents faxed to him regarding the parts for repair (for a small commercial business). The appointment was for 8-10AM. It's unprofessional to call during the time of the appointment to ask for paperwork that could have been requested when the appointment was made, or at any time during the 3 business days leading up to the appointment. I can't vouch for their work because it didn't happen, but I'm disappointed with the lack of organization.
