Outrageously expensive plumber. Rich or Richardo is a rip off artist. He works super slow and charges $250 per hour. He charges for time from leaving his home and time to buy supplies and says it took 1.5 hours to buy a couple of supplies that are easy to find at any plumbing supply store. He buys the cheapest materials and charges highest price for them. He won't give you the receipt for the price he paid for supplies including faucets or vanity and buys the ugliest cheapest ones and charges top dollar. Do not hire this plumber /electrician. He never tells you how much it will cost until he is done. He has has his unlicensed son do all the work. He always says, ""I saved you a lot of money because I found an easy fix to the problem"". ""It could have been a big job"". Then he charges you for the big job when he just did an easy fix like tying a clamp over a leak instead of changing the piping.
