We purchased our dishwasher from a big box store. Upon the start of installation they stated that we needed a shut-off valve & could not do it. So they left the dishwasher in our family room & left. We contacted Hartwig Mechanical. They arrived within 2 hrs of our call and replaced the valve & installed our new dishwasher. We are VERY happy with their fast service & the personable great plumber. Highly recommend!!!

You can NOT get any better than Hartwig Plumbing. They were referred to me after a fire at my house caused by another plumbers error. From the 1st phone call to Hartwig, Jen was above & beyond helpful, kind, quick, honest & knowledgeable. I felt like I was talking to a friend. She had me set up to have a new water heater installed quickly since I had been without hot water for 2 weeks. Mike, the installer was patient, knowledgeable, honest, nice, hardworking & extremely thorough. I was nervous after the fire & Hartwig made sure I was informed as well as completely confident in the installation. Due to EPA changes, the new water heater turned out to be larger than the one I had. Mike, the owner of Hartwig, came to my house to help me find a solution to the new hot water heater size not fitting correctly in the cabinet. He was honest & so helpful. This was not Hartwig Plumbing responsibility to find a solution because I was the one that said to get that water heater. It just shows what outstanding service Hartwig Plumbing provides. I am grateful that they were referred to me. I will always use Hartwig in the future as well give them the highest recommendation.
