9-2024 I continue to stand behind my 5-star review. Had them out to do the gas work for my Generac whole house generator. Paul came out at our agreed upon time and did a fantastic job. He even painted my gas meter which was a rusty mess.

I suspect some of these communication related bad reviews are due to their oncall/operator. When I called to schedule, I got someone that clearly did not work for Hartville Plumbing. Sounds like they outsourced their scheduling and/or administrative staff. Maybe that wasn't a good idea.

Was ripped off. Will never use them again. Cody took advantage of me My son told me not to use them. He lives in Uniontown. to replace a valve I was charged over $300.

Had them come out with a problem in my basement toilet. They cleared the line and the toilet clogged again two days later. They came back and a week later it clogged again - they came back and cleared it out. 6 months later, the line clogged again and they did not come back out. I called another company and they figured it out in an hour. They ran a camera and found that the toiled didn't have the flushing power to get through the whole line. So, spent near $1000 to Hartville and it was the toilet the whole time. Now I spent more money for the other company to come out and still have to purchase a new toilet. Not great

Update 9/21 - moved up from one star to two stars as they did call back at 4:20. By this time, I had scheduled with someone else as I wasn't sure they would be able to have me on the schedule.

9/13 - called the company to schedule an inspection for two leaky valves in my house. They said the earliest they could get me in was the following Friday (9/22) between 8am-10am. I said okay schedule the service, and I'll just turn the valves before those valves off so they don't keep leaking.

9/21 - called them twice to confirm appointment. First time, the lady that answered told me to call back again in an hour and a half when they get off lunch as she doesn't have their schedule on her. Called back two hours later, she left a message for them to call me back. Half hour later, I get a call and they tell me that they don't have me on the schedule for 9/22 and they have a fully booked day so they probably can't fit me in. She said she would call me back, but didn't reference when.

At this point, I am beyond shocked. They didn't provide any apologies or exceptions.

Edited: They did call back, but didn't present any apologies. I will chalk this up as an honest mistake or miscommunication. I would recommend calling the day before if scheduled out to ensure you are on the schedule. It's not a good feeling waiting for a service and inspection and hearing that it wasn't scheduled the week before.

Called 3 times to get someone to come out for a plumbing issue because my landlord recommended them for service. I left a message the first time, never got a call back. Called a second time and spoke with a gentleman while the receptionist was on lunch and left another message, never got called back. Called again and spoke with the answering service and finally got a call back to schedule someone to come out a week later and they never showed up. Was unable to get ahold of anyone once again when I tried to see what the issue was. This company is unreliable and doesn't value others time or business.

On time (15 min early!), clean, knowledgeable, and quick! Cody was very personable and friendly. I needed several faucets completely changed out and a leak to check, 100% satisfied and highly recommended! Office staff was a pleasure to work with as well!

I have used Hartville plumping a lot they started out strong and the last two times I had them come for issues they went unfixed causing more issues. The last time I used this company the issue was clear as day for their competition to find after it caused $675 in damage to my ceiling. I had a leak on my upstairs sink I called them out they were there for twenty minutes and said it was from my roof that visit cost me $115. I called a roofer they found no issues that cost me $95. I called another company they found the leak in about 5 minutes after they actually turned on the sink. By the time I had it fixed it did enough damage to my ceiling that I had to have it cut out and repaired.

Got a referral to them and called them up for an estimate, the first estimate I received was for 2000.00 their estimate was 725.00 the came out did the job in 4 hrs cleaned up and was gone . excellent workers.
