Initially these guys were helpful and responsive, but I was disappointed with their follow through and their demeanor. On several occasions they let themselves into our space (even once going through a closed backyard gate and backdoor to get in without calling to say they were there which is not appropriate). They then installed a Rennai gas heater for us which we notice from the smell was leaking gas. I called them and they came back and said it was sealed and still we could smell gas. I did a soapy water test and could see bubbles on the pipe still, which you think they would have tested and had to call them back again to fix it. Then we asked them to come quote a job and they sent workers to just do the job with no quote. Also, their bill came in at over 45% higher than their estimate. Finally, we scheduled some more work to be done (plumbing install of bathroom) and they did come but due to an emergency (my dog being rushed to TUFTS veterinary hospital unexpectedly after which she died in a few days) I was not here when they came, which was totally my fault, but obviously not normal circumstances. Now they are saying they won't do anymore work for us due to the missed appointment stating that they were too busy. In their defense, we did pay the (much higher than expected bill) a few months late, however given the problems we had, the exceptionally unique and heartbreaking circumstances of our missed appointment and the significant amount of additional work we were wanting them to do, I would have thought our working relation would have endured the missed appointment.

Best plumbing company in Franklin County. Thier word is as good as gold. Professional, FAIR, kind, considerate and most importantly they know what their doing. This company is a throwback to days gone-by when your plumber, electrician, roofer, doctor or whatever made you feel like a friend. Their as good as it gets.
