Just found my new plumber for life!!! Long story short, woke up yesterday to a loud sizzling sound coming from the water heater and a puddle on the floor. Called one plumber, who turned out to be way over priced.....stumbled upon some great reviews about Hartman Plumbing, so decided to give them a shot. Dan Hartman came the same day, thoroughly surveyed the situation and quoted me an amazing price to replace my very old water heater. He even handled the whole job that same day! I am beyond pleased with his work and even more impressed by his overall customer service. In fact, asked him to come back the next day to fix/replace a leaky bathroom faucet and kitchen faucet. Now I'm even looking forward to washing dishes . I can't express how thankful I truly am!

Daniel answered our need at 10:40pm the night before Christmas Eve. He answered quickly after us posting for quotes. He assessed our water heater issue by looking at photos I posted. He arrived the next morning (Christmas Eve) and took care of then issue, serviced the water heater and cleaned everything up. He was efficient, prompt and took care of all our needs. Given it was Christmas, I must say the service, reliability and fix was quick. The leak was discovered at 10:40pm and fixed by 09:00am. Excellent service and now we have a reliable plumber to rely upon. Plus it's a family business local to Covina so it's great to have these guys available and reliable. Great service. Friendly. Responsive. Goes the extra mile! Dan came the same day that I called him to help us fix some plumbing issues with our slow drains and overflows. Then we called them again the following week to help us fix the gas line and he found a rat in our attic which he offered to remove. He goes above and beyond. He wears booties when he enters and smells nice too!

Dan came out to our home to fix the kitchen line. He had to crawl underneath our home to fix it. Line was corroded. In no time. He had it fixed. He doesn't waste time. Dan did an outstanding time. He has great rates!
