I could not be happier with the professionalism and service from Hartford Services. I actually had them come out for AC and plumbing service. They were prompt and thorough. My AC technician did not try to sell me stuff I don't need. In fact, he told me I did not have to replace the filter yet. The plumbers were spectacular! They explained everything and did the work quickly. After a rather terrible experience with another company, I am thrilled to have found Hartford Services!

Less than a year ago, I had them come out to my home and after an inspection, they convinced me to buy a whole new air conditioning unit, costing several thousand dollars, which of course they sold me.

Since then their unit has broken twice, leaving me in the heat with an excessive electric bill. Their staff showed up at my house without part to fix their previous bad workmanship, meaning I have to miss even more work to let them in to try to fix their previous mistakes. They are not just incompetent, they are rude as well. The only reason I even still deal with them is due to their warranty.

Between needless days missed at the office, wasted electricity costs, and discomfort, I would never recommend this company to anyone. Ever.

If you are in need of the services they provide, do yourself and your wallet a real favor, and hire real professionals who work and act like professionals. Avoid this bunch of inept clowns at all cost. They're awful.

Hartford Services is the perfect marriage of honesty, capability, and commitment. They come when they say they're going to, their workmanship is excellent (I have used them on two of my houses and both were outstanding!), and service after the sale is second to none. I have always felt like I have been treated honestly and have received good value for my money. I recommend them highly!

I called in the middle of the summer at 3:00 in the afternoon - they had a guy out in an hour. The next day the job was fixed.
They do good work at a reasonable price. The employees are friendly and courteous.

I called Hartford Air this morning at 8am, they were at home at 10:30am and fixed the problem. Manny was efficient and reliable. I have used Hartford for about 10 years and Mitch and his team I have found to consistently do good work at a reasonable price. Highly recommend them for both air conditioning and heating. They have installed both a heater and air conditioners for me. Lynn

Had Ruben out yesterday to do some plumbing work, The job took quite a bit longer than we had thought due to old plumbing in my house. Ruben was upbeat and friendly the whole job and in the end got everything we needed done as well as taking away the old equipment.
Left the job site, bathroom clean. Hartford has done many jobs at my house over the last 20 odd years. Highly recommend them.

This company is the worst. I had no hot water for weeks and weeks on end because of them. They could only fix the problem temporarily but kept sending out the same technician AND CHARGED EVERY TIME! I'm so disgusted with them. Finally we called a company who fixed the problem in one shot and at no cost to us.
