Eddie is the best. He is fair, timely and professional. We were having some issues with the pressure relief valve on the hot water heater, as it was constantly leaking water. The first plumber that I brought out in the emergency, immediately said that I needed a new hot water heater. I asked him to replace the pressure release valve first, so he obliged. It continued to leak with the new valve, so he said we definitely needed a new water heater. I called Eddie because this guy couldn't install a new one until the following week.
Eddie came out, immediately identified that my water restrictor was broken, so the water pressure In the house (150-160 psi) was what was causing the pressure valve to pop. (It was doing its job) He replaced the restrictor, and then I ended up just having him replace the water heater as well. He was fast, his pricing was fair & he bailed me out of a bad situation. Thanks Eddie!

Ed was great! Great attitude! Came out the next day. Was here less than an hour. Recommended we install a panel just in case it happens again (it could, to the next owners so thank you we will!). He made a nice clean 9.5"" x 9.5"" cut (see photo). Our old plumber was going to take 6 days to come out and was going to charge us more! From now on we're calling Ed Hart.

Background info: We left our garden hose attached on the north side of the house over winter and come good weather turned it on and the pipe busted within the wall. We could definitely hear the water gushing and not much was coming out the hose. Shut it off right at the hand valve quick! Right away we sopped up what we could with towels, turned the heater up and opened all the windows to let the moisture out. Then rented 2 blowers from Home Depot. Fortunately since we caught the problem within 10 minutes we were lucky, and that this week its 70 degrees.

Thank you Ed! We were stressed and you saved our whole week!

Ed is a Professional Perfectionist. We had Ed come out to fix a drain 4 years ago,
Again called him out (way to late) to fix the same problem. Always a friendly guy and KNOWS his profession. He is the Plumbing Guy of the (like Property Bros.) Repairing and Fixing OTHERS BOTCH JOBS.

This guy knows his stuff, but you better be ready to deal with his attitude/demeanor. Sometimes great, other times not. Had some great service, but the last service he charged me as if he was doing a way professional job, but never finished and didn't return any calls after telling me to finish it myself.
