Dishonest and rude! I was a repeat customer a couple months ago. First couple projects they did were fine. Then they came for a clogged toilet (a minor service call). The plumber was here about 15-20 mins and the job required no parts. We were shocked to be charged nearly $250 when the bill arrived a month later. The bill stated that materials were used when none were. Also stated that certain work was done when it wasn't done. I was home the entire time and am certain the bill was wrong--either by mistake or on purpose to get more money. I called to request clarification, and the owner accused me of lying and threatened to send me to collections if I didn't pay the $250. Terrible customer service. He should have at least clarified with his employee what really happened, since the owner wasn't present and I was. I will NEVER use Hart Plumbing again and you shouldn't either!

*** RIPOFF **** BEWARE*** Joel came out and told me it would be a bit over $300, he stated this as he was standing on the site for the job looking and the pipes to be replaced. Then he ended up charging me $475 with no change in expectation. Then he was a bit of an a$$ when challenged about the new amount. The job occupied 2.5 hrs with him running to get more pipe too.
when I started my search for a plumber I called asking for a estimate to replace 30 ' of outdoor sump pump pipe for my house and next door. Gary (the Dad/ owner) could not quote it and said he would put me in the schedule and let me know when he could come out. one week later called and said he had an opening, and I was ripped off.
Call Hart and plan on paying through the nose!

Called them today for a clogged kitchen drain. They were able to fit me in same day and clear the drain! Extremely friendly and helpful and fair price. Would highly recommend.

Two Kohler toilets with similar problems. Joel Hart came over, diagnosed the problems. He had to order some parts, but as soon as he received them fixed the problems within a short period of time. He is knowledgeable, personable, and a great plumber. I definitely recommend Hart Plumbing whole heartedly (hartedly, LOL!).

I found a leak under the sink. Spoke with father who quoted $95-$120/hr but not available for 3 days. I thought 'busy' meant good service. When the son came three days later,the bill for changing out a garbage disposal and fixing caulking in the sink was over $400!!!! I supplied the garbage disposer...and the whole job was done in 2.5 hours. Yikes. I wish I made this kind of dough. Bottom line is get the estimate in writing up front. Discuss what they charge for (hopefully NOT 30 minutes to write up the bill in his truck (while calling back messages).

pipe burst in my ceiling. water flooding into my dining room. called Hart plumbing at 7:30 am on a referal from a friend. they were out at the house in under 2 hours. found the problem; took care of it. very fair price. what more could you ask for.
