This is the most unpleasant and unprofessional plumbing company on the island. Expensive, service charges added on top of the work, negligent work, and unpleasant employees. They don't return calls for days, when they do - ""Amy"" and ""Jim"" are rude and unprofessional. Run don't walk past this one.

I've used Hart plumbing twice for emergencies and they #1 showed up, which on this island is sometimes a miracle unto itself and #2 worked fast and #3 did the work perfectly. They cost a bit more than some of the other contractors (such as the one whose business name is his first name, which is also the name of a country, and who I would NOT recommend because of shady billing practices and overall rudeness with customers). I only gave them 4 stars because of their higher charges, but they are very upfront and honest about how much something is going to cost.
And did I mention, they showed up? Within an hour after I called. A Martha's Vineyard miracle!
