I've been a customer of Harry's Rooter and Plumbing for many years. I am always satisfied and recommend them to my family and friends. They are reliable, professional, honest, and very reasonable. I had a critical need earlier this week and called them. Brandon explained they had already made a commitment to work another job that would not free them up for at least a day. Knowing I was without water, he recommended I call another plumber he highly recommended. I did and the service from the other vendor was equally as superb. I decided I like people again! There are honest and upstanding humans in this world! Thank God for karma.

Harry retired and his son took over the business. He's honest and reasonably priced, but I can't give him points for reliability or responsiveness. He can be slow to respond to phone messages and flaky about keeping appointments. I suggested to him that he should get someone to handle the office side of the business, but he laughed it off.

The quality of the work has suffered, too. On two different occasions I had to call them to come back because the job wasn't done right. On the plus side, they kept coming back for no charge, until they got it right.

I might still call them in a pinch, but I can't recommend them. It makes me sad to say so, because I was a loyal customer for about 30 years.

Harry's Rooter and Plumbing was referred to us by another company who couldn't come out the day we called. The original call was for a clogged kitchen sink. Steve came out to repair the clog and did a great job, removing years of sludge from the pipes. During the repair, it was noticed that we had a leaking pipe in the wall behind the sink which meant coming out again to break into the wall behind the sink. We have a house that was built in the 1050's and I'm so glad we found the leak because upon further inspection, much of the cast iron pipes under the house had corroded and cracked. It was a disaster in the making and was fixed before getting worse. I was very surprised that the cost for the repair was well below what I expected and the work was done in a very short amount of time. I will definitely recommend this company to all of my neighbors and friends.

Really don't enjoy writing this review because my family has used Harry's plumbing for over 10 years on several apartment buildings that we maintain. After receiving a call from a tenant on Saturday morning about water leaking on the floor I immediately came over and discovered a water stain that was from unit above. I called and left a message on Saturday stating my problem and that I would like someone to come out on Monday. At 7am Monday morning I received a call saying they would be out at 11am. I was impress that they arrived 5 min early. We talked about the leak and the plumber said it was definitely a sewer leak. He then call his boss which I think is Jeremy and they spoke about it. He hung up the phone with his boss and said that they couldn't fix it. I was really surprise, I shockingly ask why not and he said it would take too long to fix and they didn't have time because they had other appointments. He started walking back to his truck and I said, I don't understand, I told them exactly that on the phone 2 days ago and the fact that I stayed home from work and wasted my morning waiting for them only to find out that they didn't want to fix it was crazy! I was upset and asked him to call his boss back to state my case and we were good customers I thought of them. He refused to call and drove away. I called his boss and right away sent to voicemail and left a message asking for a call back. This was at 11:15 am and now it's almost 4pm the same day and no call back. The main reason why this is disturbing is they didn't even offer a suggestion of when they could come back or who else to call. I called my old plumber that recently had surgery and is only doing small jobs and he fixed the copper 90 for me. When the guy from Harrys left hit the soggy drywall with a hammer and could easily see the leaking pipe in 2 min. It's as if this plumber didn't want to get dirty? The last time we used them they said the entire toilet was bad and needed replacing after we just replaced last year. A few simple washers or seals was all that needed to be replace. Sorry, I'm not giving Harrys a third try!

We will never use another plumber! They are always on time, friendly, professional, and do a fantastic job. Today Jeff came to help us with our garbage disposal and dish washer. He was right on time and quickly fixed our problems. He also educated me on how to fix the problems in the future. We are always so happy with Harry's Plumbing!!!

I've used Harry's (Brandon, Bill and Jeff) several times. Always completely satisfied. The first time they fixed my bathroom drain and I mentioned the kitchen faucet dripped and for $19 extra he put all new washers in the kitchen faucet. Two weeks ago they put a new kitchen faucet set in and I had bought the wrong one, so he came back the next day to install the new one I bought. Today I had a leak under the kitchen sink and they came within 1/2 hour and fixed it . . no charge because they had just worked on the sink two weeks ago. I've NEVER had better plumbers. They shame Rickers and Applegate . . don't get me started on Applegate, what a joke.

We have been clients of Harry's Rooter & Plumbing for a few years now. They are always professional, on time, do excellent work, and are honest. Their prices are also very reasonable. They charge far less to clear out a sewer line of tree roots than other outfits. They earn 5 stars.

Very expensive plumber. I called to try and discuss the last bill for a new garbage disposal they installed on a rental property($263). I was told no way they would adjust the bill even though I own multiple rentals and give them a fair amount of business thru out the year. I wont be calling them in the future.

Have used them for years. Recently unplugged a toilet for me. Took the time to explain how to prevent it from happening again. Came on time as promised and took his shoes off when entering my home. Reasonable prices also. Used to be Joe's Plumbing I think. Great local service.
