A friend of ours recommended Harry's Plumbing. I spoke to Jeff and he was very professional. We scheduled for him to come out and we had a leak along with a crack in another section of the pipe. Jeff assessed the problem and told us that his company wasn't able to do it however he gave us a list of other plumbing companies that can. He was professional and took the time to explain everything to us. You want honesty - Jeff is your guy.

GO to another Plumber! Brandon blew us off and didn't show up or call! This appears to be a problem with this company looking at the reviews. He told us that he would come out by 3:30 the next day to fix our plumbing issue; he never showed and never called. We called him/texted him numerous times, and he never had the courtesy to respond.
We've taken our business ELSEWHERE and had service the same day!!!

Very happy that we called Harry's because we had good, prompt service. Problem was dark particles in kitchen water. Turns out it was caused by rubber deteriorating inside faucet. Had to replace faucet. Man who repaired was very nice.

Have utilized Harry's in the past at my mother's house. They were great! I decided to try them at my apartment. They were very friendly. I was given a window for service yay! Was then contacted by B told he has two guys out sick do it would be later. Surprisingly I was very mellow. Told B all good.... by 5:30pm no call, no show. I called again only top reach a voice-mail stating they were closed until Monday. I left a voice-mail stating what I was told by B. I asked if perhaps we should reschedule? Please call me if so.... I'm still waiting that was a month a go.

We called Harry's Rooter today after a main line clog and subsequent flood of our bathrooms (ewwww) . They came out promptly. Cleaned the roots out of the drain. Reasonably priced, efficient and polite. Did not try to sell us additional services.
Could not have asked for better service.

We used to have good service from them, but lately it has gone downhill. Most recently, our kitchen faucet broke. They came out, they said that they could replace it so we purchased a new faucet waiting for the serviceman. in addition, we had six other non-emergency items for them to work on. Rather than come out twice they rescheduled it for five days later to do the whole work order.

That was fine until this weekend when the faucet pipe burst. We left them a message, but they didn't call back until this morning. (They don't have an after hours: emergency number). When we complained about their lack of response this weekend and that we would need to start looking for an alternate plumber, they canceled the service for tomorrow but didn't tell us they were canceling it until this evening. By that time it was too late to get another plumber out.

We are now without a working kitchen sink
for almost a week. Not good

Harry's plumbing is wonderful! I've been having troubles with my toilet and they've been great to work with. Brandon always calls right back, he has someone out as soon as he can, all his guys are very professional, clean and nice, and he is very reasonably priced. They had to come out twice to unplug the drain and they didn't charge me for the second visit, which I really appreciate. I highly recommend Harrys!
