My husband and parents had used Harry's Rooter in the past, so when I had some minor plumbing issues that needed fixing, I decided to call. I called on a Monday afternoon (for a non-emergency), and they schedule an appointment for first thing Wednesday morning (because I was not available on Tuesday).

He arrived on time (5 min early, actually!) and promptly fixed my four different bathroom issues (dripping shower, clogged shower and sink drains, and slow/running toilet) very quickly. There was no mess left behind. Reasonable price. I would definitely use them again!

I called the company at 7:45 (prior to then their phone systems just said unable to connect at this time, try later) Although it was strange that there was no voicemail I was happy when I got through and they were able to send someone to my home by 8am. They were prompt and he spent about 45 minutes running the snake through my pipes all the way to the street, over and over again. Apparently there was ALOT of grease build up. I've had two other plumbers come out that did a quick job and my sink clogged back up again within 6 months. After watching all of the black gunk come out of the sink trap I feel pretty confident that I won't need a plumber again in 6 months. Steve was the technician and he was very professional.

I called at 9:30 this morning, they were here by 10 and gone by 10:30. Ryan came and unclogged my kitchen sink after my husband tried first. Ryan was very nice and didn't leave any mess behind. I will definitely call Harry's for my next plumbing issue.

My dad and I had already spent most of the day and $117 in parts trying to stop a leaky shower faucet without success, in desperation I call Ron at Albright Plumbing in Los Alamitos and referred me to Harry's Plumbing. I called, Branson answered and said he can have someone there shortly. Soon afterwards Jared rolled into the driveway and within 30 minutes the job was finished. As a testament to Jared's experience he stopped by Albright Plumbing Supplies on a hunch and picked up a kit he thought would fix the problem and he was right on, no more leaks! To summarize, Harry's Plumbing gave us fast service, great pricing, honest and very courteous/professional service.

We had a clogged toilet; tried plunging, tried liquids, and all sorts of weird ass home diys. The toilet was STUCK. So we called Harry's this morning and we were serviced by Bill this afternoon.

He detached our toilet, got to the trap, fished out a toy fire truck (we have toddlers), put the toilet back on, and resealed around the toilet; quickly and cleanly with toddlers singing Frozen to him.

Needless, to say Bill was great. The service was professional, prompt, and reasonably priced. Thanks again to Harry's and Bill.

Talk about unprofessional! We had been satisfied with this company until they completely backed out of a commitment with no notice. They quoted and then committed to doing a big job for us. The day before the job, they called to cancel, saying 2 guys were sick. They said they would call back to reschedule us for after the upcoming holiday. We called and left messages twice to reschedule and never got so much as the courtesy of the return phone call they had promised upon canceling.

I'm thoroughly disappointed by how rudely and unprofessionally we were treated by this company. I thought we had found a reliable plumber and they turned out to be just the opposite.

The best! Have been my plumber for many years. Always honest, on time, very tidy, very pleasant staff, good equipment, know what they're doing, keep everything to code. What more can you ask for? Good prices? Yes! Call them, you'll be pleasantly surprised!

I recently moved into a new house. When I had plumbing issues in the first month it was a little stressful.
I had a friend mention Harry's, and I called them. I have used other plumbers, but this ranks as my best experience.
The service was excellent. I had the same problem a month later, and there was no charge, because they will warranty their work. (mine was 3 months)
For me, I just want to not be taken advantage of. I know nothing about most plumbing, and would be easily taken advantage of. I feel very confident that would not happen with Harry's.
It looks like they have other strong ratings. They do good honest business. Plumbing problems are no fun, but I feel good about having a reliable team to call.
