Very expensive plumber. I called to try and discuss the last bill for a new garbage disposal they installed on a rental property($263). I was told no way they would adjust the bill even though I own multiple rentals and give them a fair amount of business thru out the year. I wont be calling them in the future.

Have used them for years. Recently unplugged a toilet for me. Took the time to explain how to prevent it from happening again. Came on time as promised and took his shoes off when entering my home. Reasonable prices also. Used to be Joe's Plumbing I think. Great local service.

If I could give zero stars, I would because they didn't show up for the appointment. They told me they'd arrive between 2-3pm. The guy called at 3:20 and said he'd be at my home in 20-30 minutes. I told him I had to pick up my kids but I would for sure be here in 30 minutes. Well 45 minutes later he still wasn't there. I had to run my kid around the corner to his sports so I called the number he called me from earlier and left a message saying I'd be back at 4:15. I get home and there's a card on my door. REALLY UNPROFESSIONAL OUTFIT! At least try to work with the client if you are in the wrong. And giving an ETA then not arriving at that time TWICE IS WRONG!! I'm so mad now that I called another company.

This is the first time that I used Harry's Rooter & Plumbing and I have to say that they did an excellent job.

Jeff arrived on time, was professional and did an excellent job. He even looked at a couple of minor things outside the scope of the job and gave me some tips, much appreciated.

I would definitely recommend Jeff and his company to my friends.

Brandon was Johnny on the spot. On short notice and late in the day, he quickly set up the rooter and had the job done in no time. Price is very reasonable.

This is the best plumbing company I have ever used. I have been with them for more than 10 years and they always try to walk be through things to try to save me a service call.
Today we had them camera a sewer line and do a complete clean out. They went over 150 feet and isolated the area (city property). They marked the cement for me. They also sprayed water on the cement before they started and after to make sure the debris from the clean out did not stain the concrete. They marked the alley, told me what they found, did a complete clean out and the cost is EXTREMELY fair.

I had them check all sinks and toilet's while they were there and they found a small adjustment issue with one of the toilets and fixed it no charge.

Sometimes you can use a company and they are good once or twice and then they go bad. This company deserves the highest rating possible plus bonus points since I have been with them for over 10 years and they are still extremely ethical and do superior work. Thanks Jeff and your helper I call ""James Bond"". Great doing business with you.

My husband and parents had used Harry's Rooter in the past, so when I had some minor plumbing issues that needed fixing, I decided to call. I called on a Monday afternoon (for a non-emergency), and they schedule an appointment for first thing Wednesday morning (because I was not available on Tuesday).

He arrived on time (5 min early, actually!) and promptly fixed my four different bathroom issues (dripping shower, clogged shower and sink drains, and slow/running toilet) very quickly. There was no mess left behind. Reasonable price. I would definitely use them again!

I called the company at 7:45 (prior to then their phone systems just said unable to connect at this time, try later) Although it was strange that there was no voicemail I was happy when I got through and they were able to send someone to my home by 8am. They were prompt and he spent about 45 minutes running the snake through my pipes all the way to the street, over and over again. Apparently there was ALOT of grease build up. I've had two other plumbers come out that did a quick job and my sink clogged back up again within 6 months. After watching all of the black gunk come out of the sink trap I feel pretty confident that I won't need a plumber again in 6 months. Steve was the technician and he was very professional.

I called at 9:30 this morning, they were here by 10 and gone by 10:30. Ryan came and unclogged my kitchen sink after my husband tried first. Ryan was very nice and didn't leave any mess behind. I will definitely call Harry's for my next plumbing issue.
