Do not use Harry's Plumbing. He half does the job and never returns to finish it. He promises to be there but never shows up. He was supposed to order a part and said he forgot to order it. Then, he doesn't respond to texts or phone calls. He was sent to us by our home warranty company to fix our refrigerator, but obviously could not do the repair. Why they sent a plumbing company to work on a refrigerator remains to be seen. Don't pay him until the job is done for sure. You won't see him or your money again.

I was very skeptical about this business, reading the negative reviews, but I felt it is better to check for myself. These days, many people are so ready to say something bad and complain, but sometimes overlook the good things. What I experienced was a good plumber who knew well how to fix my kitchen sink and toilet. He knew how to work well with my home warranty, and he really went above and beyond my expectation. Thanks so much Harry's, you're the best!

There isn't a negative star! Harry's plumbing has not finished the job he started in February! March 6 was the last day we saw him. Leaving us without the walking tub we paid for and our bathroom completely gutted. We will be filing a law suit but don't expect any outcome. We cannot find him?

It has just come to our attention that Harry "Charlie" Gillenwater, the owner & operator of this plumbing company, STOLE a hot-water heater from a rent house that my mother owns in Burleson! And, in addition to the theft, he has left both bathrooms in that same house in SHAMBLES, having ripped up all the carpet, I suspect, because he flooded the place- the obvious signs of water damage are all there! We've just completed a police report, and soon intend to file a lawsuit against him for the destruction he's caused to her property. If you trust him into your home, you do so at your own peril, believe me. He should be ashamed he 's done this to anyone, especially senior citizen! Disgusting!

Harry is probably the most UNTRUSTWORTHY person I have ever known. He has damaged both bathrooms in my house to the point of ruin, cracking tile and destroying cabinetry. On multiple occasions he failed to show up at our agreed-upon times, and avoided my calls when I attempted to track him down. He talks a smooth game, but I learned the hard way that his word is basically worthless. And when he's confronted with his ineptitude, becomes very defensive and antagonistic, as if he thinks there's absolutely nothing wrong with the way he conducts himself! Dealing with Harry became so chaotic and confusing that I deeply regret the day I ever let him into my home!

Ive used Harrys services and his advice on a couple e of occasions now. He is fast fair and knows his business. He is what we used to expect in a tradesman that has become so hard to find these days. I trust him and readily reccommend him to anyone needing a professional plumber.

If you are looking for fancy, cute, or cuddly plumbing then you might want to look elsewhere. If instead you are looking for functional, knowledgeable, and efficient plumbing then Harry's plumbing will work for you. To be balanced, Harry did run late, but warned it could be later in the day due to a stack of jobs in front of us. Maybe I understand it a bit more than the average Joe since my family was self-employed when I was growing up. It's definitely tough keeping a schedule when things go south on one project that ripples into the next. The trade-off is you are getting experience and 100% vested interest in the company and work. This typically results in solid work, solid prices, and fewer games. In the case of Harry's this turned out to be true. Harry is a solid guy. He might be a bit on the "fast and furious" side, but I like straight talk and good work. Harry's replaced our hot water heater in less than 24 hours from when we called, and knew what he was doing. Coming from a family of plumbers and starting young I suspect Harry has installed or fixed just about every possible plumbing job out there. So, do you want functional knowledge or fancy working on your plumbing? If it's not done right you know it will leak...Call Harry's plumbing and be done with it. Thanks Harry!

Thanks again Harry.
Harry's plumbing is always so quick to take care of our emergency issues.
I have to say we appreciate that they have never taken advantage of us even at odd hours of the night. Thank you for that!!
We have been using Harry's for a couple of years now. We will always call Harry's first.
Great, quick and affordably priced.
Thanks again

Thank you, Harry!! Our hot water heater went out and our Home Warranty company sent Harry to the rescue. He was able to determine the issue quickly, get the authorization pushed through for a new water heater and got the new one installed. All this was done within 24-hours. We will definitely request him, if we have another need.

By far the most unprofessional company I have ever dealt with. They were the vendor through our home warranty company. Showed up late to the service call (Thursday). While there put his boot on our newly painted walls (we had only lived in the house a week and a half) and left a mark. Scheduled the repairs for the next morning (Friday) he said he would be there between 9-10. Come 11 I had to call to see if they were coming. He said he had a late night and just woke up. Finally shows up at 12:45 with himself and another worker that showed up on a motorcycle and both proceed with repairs. Left greasy hand prints and scuffs on my walls, doors, and frames (will have to be painted over, they didn't come off). Had to borrow my hose, used my broom to sweep up the mud and concrete. Left to get the water heater and were gone around 2 hours, had to leave again to get supplies. When they left the second time they left a work light on just sitting on the ground, I had to turn it off. They left at 7pm saying they were going to come back tomorrow to finish the electrical because they wanted to go home and drink beer too (my husband was home by this time and had a drink in his hand). Showed up late again on Saturday to fix the electrical, which my husband had to fix because he left the outlet and plug hanging out of the wall. Said he would be by at 3pm (Saturday) to pick up the check and no showed. He called Monday to see if I would be around for him to pick up a check I said I would be home from work by 530. On Saturday my husband noticed we were missing a bulb from our kitchen fan. While on the phone with him I asked if they took our bulb. He said they did because their work light broke, he said he would bring it with him. He shows up on time to collect the money on a motorcycle and did not bring the bulb, told me he would have a technician bring it by that night. I explained to him as a homeowner I was not happy that they borrowed something of ours without asking. He was defensive and explained that "as a business owner he has never had anyone get mad that they borrowed something" Surprise the technician never showed up, so they didn't borrow it. They took it without asking. I will never use or recommend this company to anyone.
