I called them on Thursday night about looking at a leak in shower unit in master bedroom. Joe called me back the SAME NIGHT and came over on Friday morning. He fixed the leak at a very reasonable price. Was very nice and professional. It was so nice to work with such an ethical and reliable Contractor. A TREMENDOUS experience.

poor customer service. used years ago with OK results. but called months ago and never returned my calls. were supposed to come yesterday for a simple repair and were a no-show. told them not to bother trying again. not even an apology. I'm sure there are better,more reliable companies out there.

I had Harry come and fix my furnace when it stopped working this winter. He came quickly when i called and got my furnace fixed up in no time for a very reasonable price. Just good honest service that i will definitely use again in the future.

I have used H&R for 12 years and they are the best oil service in the Milford area.A handshake is your contract with them (provided your a honorable person) and they always try and service your home promptly. When calling they seem to always remember you. They have performed repairs on my heating system and have even changed my piping configuration to enhance my heating performance. A few years ago I made the mistake of switching to Medway oil and after a few months I ran back. They are great.
