Used this company twice within six months on two different properties, both for well issues. Problem diagnosed and fixed. For the one property, we called on a Saturday and someone came out in an hour on their way ton another closeby job.

If you want a non professional, call Shaneybrook. They use bandaids to fix your plumbing. Everything they've repaired??? I've had to have repaired or replaced. Never has the tools or parts needed for everyday repairs. Pads the bill. And shows no respect for you or your property. Stay away from SHADY BROKE!!!

Would NEVER use again!!! My water heater burst the night before and I called to have someone come out the next morning. The man took my information and said they would call in the morning to give me a time. My basement was flooded and NOBODY called until 2PM. At that point I had already called BGE to come out and replace the heater. I explained to the driver I no longer needed their service and he hung up on me. Very rude people and I will NEVER do business with them again and will make sure none of my family and friends do either.
