If you're looking for a reliable, fast and affordable plumbing service look no further. Thank you so much for your prompt service! If I waited any longer I would have been in a real mess! Sara in the office is a gem!!

I wish I would have gone to Yelp and read the reviews prior to hiring them to replace the """"guts"""" on inside of 2 toilets $607.50! I bought a condo in JAX where family is staying and I was out of town so I couldn't replace myself. I spoke to the owner and he said that is the price and feel free to use someone else next time.

Harry Hayes Plumbing was a subcontractor that did the plumbing for 2 small baths and a master bath. The 2 small bath were standard bath, with 1 tub converted to shower, there was no work in cement, only one shower head and moving the plumbing was minimal. They sent me an invoice for 17K, with no itemization for the work they did. In addition, they damaged my master bath vanity and 2/3 vanity plumbing leaked. I refused to pay the ridiculous amount! If I could give them a 0, I would!

Charged $600 and the shower leaks worse now than when they started. Now they want to replace the valve $750. The prices are horrendous.

Cant speak to their work as we didnt get that far. I have a toilet that is draining slow but is draining which should be an easy fix. They said there would be a $99.00 charge just to come look at it. Not to work on it, not for anything but to look at it. If they charge $99 just to look at something I cant imagine what they charge to actually work on something. Just seems like highway robbery, especially given the financial strain everyone is under due to covid shutdowns.

Showed up 2 hours late. Eric tech stayed for 3 hours and did Nothing! Then owner came out to give me estimate on job! But couldn't do it for a month. The work was to be done the day so had to put everyone else on hold,,, they did get me their invoice for nothing in 2 days!!

They fit me in the same day I called (I called at 3:30pm), arrived on time, were very efficient and fixed my leak without leaving a mess. I would use them again.

We hired Harry L Hayes, we had a drain line that needed cut and he himself came out to inspect and quoted us about 1200.00 to do the job. He sent two young guys to do the work and they attempted to cut the line. I think they used the wrong saw blade and didnt know how to use a sawzall instead of pressing the blade tightly to the pipe they let it flop around. I could hear the pipe pounding hard against the floor. Well, they broke the pipe several times. They added another 540 to the job because now they needed to run another 35 feet. I told them to stop. They plugged up the lines and charged me 315 for the two hours- that they were there. I called Harry L Hayes and talked to Harry himself after explaining what had happened he offered to """"work-with-us"""" and then coldly told us what kind of clients they like to have, which I gathered was repeat-commercial. Seeing that we have a very small place and the simplest job that just required some finesse we didnt fall into their desired target clientele. They were interested in making it a complete re-pipe for 6k which was extremely inflated seeing that our one small bathroom and kitchen sink wouldnt take 4 hours to do. When i crawled under the house just b4 calling Harry i saw that they had broke off the T going into the main drain line, and they had that plugged, that plug blocked our main line. I told Harry that not only can we not use our kitchen sink but the shower and toilet is unusable. . . . (thanks to them) We are now taking a shower at friends and family and driving to local businesses to use the bathroom. We started with needing 11 feet of line run to our new kitchen sink, now we have no kitchen sink, no toilet, no shower and left with a 319 bill. We paid them to destroy our plumbing, at some point we thought maybe they would call us back and offer to fix their screw up, but instead they wish we would just go away. 2/19/2018
