Though we have grown to accommodate increasing demand, we have never lost our customer-centric approach that has driven our success. Being a family-run business, we cherish the ""mom and pop"" feel, ensuring every customer is treated like a neighbor. Born and raised in Atlanta, GA, Harry Hayes moved to Jacksonville, FL, in his youth. At Terry Parker High School, he spent two years in Trade School, cultivating his interest in plumbing. After finishing school in 1980, Harry entered the plumbing field as a helper for a local company. He joined a bigger mechanical plumbing company in 1983, where he worked as an apprentice while attending a four-year training program. Harry earned his plumbing license in 1987 and served as a Journeyman before rising to the position of Superintendent in 1999.
In 2005, Harry established Harry Hayes Plumbing to serve Jacksonville and its surrounding areas. With a focus on excellence, he resolved to do things correctly, worked hard, and became a Certified Florida Plumbing Contractor in 2006. To Harry, plumbing is not just about repairing pipes; it’s about building lasting relationships. Harry mentors his team to ensure they deliver exceptional service while maintaining integrity and a focus on customer care.

Dannielle B.The phone service is amazing and joyful. The plumber was very professional. He got in and out.
There fees are too high!! All they did was literally tighten one screw on the kitchen faucet and they charged me $254. Ridiculous!!!
Very professional courteous gentlemen. Justin and hus worker were here on time and worked efficiently. Justin has done work for me before glad to see he is still there.
If you're looking for a reliable, fast and affordable plumbing service look no further. Thank you so much for your prompt service! If I waited any longer I would have been in a real mess! Sara in the office is a gem!!
I wish I would have gone to Yelp and read the reviews prior to hiring them to replace the """"guts"""" on inside of 2 toilets $607.50! I bought a condo in JAX where family is staying and I was out of town so I couldn't replace myself. I spoke to the owner and he said that is the price and feel free to use someone else next time.
Great job with fixing my parent's washer drain that was overflowing. Highly recommend!
Harry Hayes Plumbing was a subcontractor that did the plumbing for 2 small baths and a master bath. The 2 small bath were standard bath, with 1 tub converted to shower, there was no work in cement, only one shower head and moving the plumbing was minimal. They sent me an invoice for 17K, with no itemization for the work they did. In addition, they damaged my master bath vanity and 2/3 vanity plumbing leaked. I refused to pay the ridiculous amount! If I could give them a 0, I would!
Charged $600 and the shower leaks worse now than when they started. Now they want to replace the valve $750. The prices are horrendous.
Kandi L.Cant speak to their work as we didnt get that far. I have a toilet that is draining slow but is draining which should be an easy fix. They said there would be a $99.00 charge just to come look at it. Not to work on it, not for anything but to look at it. If they charge $99 just to look at something I cant imagine what they charge to actually work on something. Just seems like highway robbery, especially given the financial strain everyone is under due to covid shutdowns.
Showed up 2 hours late. Eric tech stayed for 3 hours and did Nothing! Then owner came out to give me estimate on job! But couldn't do it for a month. The work was to be done the day so had to put everyone else on hold,,, they did get me their invoice for nothing in 2 days!!
