A few months ago I noticed a dip in my hallway floors. It got progressively worse and wasn't sure what was going on. I had a few contractors look at it and they recommended I redo the floors. Luckily I did because when they pulled up the sagging subfloor, there was a leak coming from one of my pipes that saturated the wood. My contractors plumber quote to fix it was way too much so I asked around. I was lucky to find Harrison from a friend. He took care of the leak, no fuss and price was sooooo much more fair. I highly recommend.
