I highly recommend Harris Rooter Service for all of your plumbing needs! I had a broken shower cartridge which put my shower out of commission. After receiving a ridiculous quote from another plumber, around $600 to do the job, I sent out a few requests via yelp for quotes, and got much more reasonable quotes (i.e., less than half the price). Mr. Harris was very responsive and his quote was reasonable and in line with the others, and scheduled my job for the following day.

On the day of the job, not only did he show up on time, he showed up early to diagnose the issue and find the right replacement part. He patiently waited while the staff at my building figured out how to turn of the water. He quickly fixed the problem, cleaned up the area, and gave me a fair price in line with the quote. What more can you ask from a plumber? He'll be my first call for my next plumbing issue.

Highly recommended! I contacted Harris Rooter Service through Yelp's request-a-quote feature. I also contacted a few other plumbers, but none of the other companies would give me a quote or even a rough basic estimate of what to expect in terms of cost. I had a plumbing emergency in one of my tenant's units so I jumped on Yelp to try to find someone who could help me right away. I stumbled across Harris Rooter and took a chance because they had good reviews. This was the best decision I could've made. The gentlemen who came provided me with excellent service! He was punctual and professional. He was very knowledgeable and explained to me what he was doing as he was fixing the pipes. He taught me things I didn't even know about my own plumbing system. He repaired the problem in my tub, toilet and sink. The price was fair and worth every penny. Money well spent! I will definitely be using them again. Thanks you guys!
