Our story began in 1985 when we took over a chimney sweeping business. This venture quickly evolved into a comprehensive heating, air conditioning, and plumbing service. In 1997, we added our first propane truck and began functioning as a full-service propane delivery company. We started with one truck, and our growth has been fueled by customer referrals. Our growth stems from our dedication to offering competitive prices and following the golden rule—treating customers as we would like to be treated. As a family-owned and operated business, we pour our heart and soul into our work and continually seek innovative ways to enhance our service, whether through technology or refining our processes!

Felicia I.The plumber showed up with confederate flag tattoos up and down his arm, no mask, reeking of cigarette smoke and gave me a bs ""solution"" for my leak. He said that I did not have a leak, and that my tile needed to be re-grouted, which was something that his company could not do. I got the feeling that he did not want to help me. He was there for 2 minutes, I paid the consult fee and he was on his way. Now maybe that is my perspective, but take it as you may. I will never contact them again.
They never responded. I don't get why Yelp recommended this business. Only rated 3 stars. I'm sure there are 4-5 rated plumbers here that would've at least given me the courtesy of a callback
Nancy E.Hired them to check why we have leaky incoming water line. They ended up replacing it and replacing outgoing sewer line. Mind you, had to pay up front to finance it. Left me with a failed permit and leaky wall which they claimed was because of our wall?? Will not make it right after several attempts. They said I need to hire a water remediation company. They made the hole in the wall??? Do not use. You will be sorry.
Angela S.My service/dispute with them lasted about 10 months with the job still not finished! This company has horrible customer service and does not follow up with their emails, phone calls, or the services they are called out to do. Nobody in the office knows what's going on because there is no communication between them. Steve M. Is the manager I eventually had to deal with to get my job done but that's when things got worse! He would dodge phone calls or be on ""vacation"" (this is during Covid lockdown btw) when I would email or call. They owe me over $6000 dollars worth of work and propane. i still have all of my receipts and email correspondence. I'm gonna have to take it to the BBB now because everyone in the office is clueless. 10 months of dealing with them to try and come do the job they were supposed to do, going on a year now!
Antoinette R.Air conditioning was down during the heat wave, so understandable that it would take 2 days to come out. The first tech, Nathan, was great or so it seemed, and he ""took care of"" making an appointment for an electrician which was needed before the ac could be diagnosed. Jackie, at the office, who set up the first visit was great, very kind, understanding and professional. But then it went downhill. Wednesday till Friday for the first tech, then till Monday (we thought) for the next step, but no one showed on Monday. And the office didn't know what was going on, ""someone will call you back,"" which they never did. So I tried to chat on their website, and was given another phone number to call, which was ""customer service."" They clearly need training on how to provide half decent customer service and maybe with a little humanity thrown in. Betsy was curt and nasty because I was a lowly tenant. So the bottom line is, no one communicates with each other because ""when you're a company this size it's difficult."" They take no responsibility for their own screw ups and will refuse to talk to you if you're not the homeowner, even if they've already met with the homeowner and tenant together, everyone on the same page. Luckily the homeowner decided to take her business elsewhere so the ac can actually get fixed before August and neither of us will have to deal with being treated poorly.
I wouldn't take a chance on hiring this company again, do yourself a favor and find someone else. Very undependable.
I would not recommend Harris Plumbing After waiting over half the day. We called for an ETA and my husband was told ""it sounded like he was giving her attitude"" Not really a business appropriate response in our opinion. We cancelled the appointment.
Called on Monday and made an appointment for a drain cleaning for the following day. Was told I would receive a call before they arrived. Waited until 3PM with no call. Called the company and was told they had no information on me or the appointment. Was told maybe it was the answering service I spoke to on Monday. Not sure why that would make a difference. I did verify on my cell phone that Harris Plumbing was the company I called. They offered to put me on the schedule but I won't waste another day or my money on an undependable operation.
Stanley K.I called on a Monday and spoke with Amy? (I believe) to request a quote for a complete heater/AC replacement due to age. The first opening was a week away which I told Amy would not work as I needed it replaced ASAP due to potentially toxic air quality conditions that I could not take a chance on. Amy placed me on a brief hold and a minute later I had an appointment for Tuesday (the next day) to get the quote. Amy could not have been nicer, extremely pleasant to talk to! The next day, Jared and Mike? (I think) arrived and began the quote. After providing an outstanding price below the competitors (with 2 years free financing which was huge for us) and wanting to slate me in for the next day, it was a done deal. At 8am sharp the next day, Antonio and Tyler arrived and quickly got to work. I don't think I saw them even take a 5 minute break, and within a few hours the old units were gone and the new equipment was up and running. By early afternoon, the entire job was complete. The work was beautiful and I can't say enough about the quality and appearance of the final product. Professional, polite, and seamlessly they completed this job. From the initial phone call to the end result, which was less than 48 hours, this work surpassed my expectations. Thank you Mr. Harris, and specifically to the employees mentioned above, great job!!!
I called them for annual maintenance which I thought would at least cover for tuning of my heating system. The service rep said it would cost $600 for cleaning the vents and $280 for replacing the broken UV bulb. I agreed just to replace the bulb and did not want to do the vent cleaning as I felt that was way too high for cleaning the vents. The rep said he will have to go to warehouse to bring the bulb which he said he can do by evening. I agreed and paid $28 for the bulb. Once he left I checked on Internet and the same bulb costed $70 I called the service company and explained the price difference and asked them to cancel the order they said the rep would call me back. The rep called me and I challenged the price he said he will see if he can discount it further. I said no please cancel my order to which he agreed and said he will call in for cancellation. I waited for 2 days since there was no response I disputed the payment with my credit card company. Today someone from the company calls and argues why I disputed the payment instead of showing any empathy on how the service was handled the agent was showing displeasure in me disputing the payment. I would not use their service again.
George N.They scheduled me to unclog my drain then called me that afternoon saying that the tech was held up and could not be there that day. They scheduled me for the next morning between 8 and 10am. I called when no one showed up and they told it would now be in the afternoon. I had been sitting with a clogged kitchen skin for 2 days so I canceled and went with another company. Very, Very, Very Disappointing.
