Called to get an appointment to unclog a kitchen sink. I was told they would arrive before 1:00PM. They did not. I called twice to find out when they would be there and was told two different stories. When they finally showed up at 5:30PM, the person only ""cleaned"" the lines? He told me he would charge $93 to plunge the sink (we had already done that several times), or he would charge $350 to clear the line (I guess he meant snake the line). I misread the $93 charge on their web site which in small print applied only to the outside line? The service person also said he did not know about garbage disposals, so if that was the problem, he was not allowed to do anything with it. A plumber??? I have to assume the reviews on their web site may be bogus as their site does not allow you to post a review. Fortunately all I did was waste my time waiting for nothing. At least no money was wasted on this horrible experience. BUYER BEWARE.............
Quality is absolutely the best. Usually comes as soon as you request them unless it's on the weekend.

Harris completely miscommunicates and overcharges customers! The issue I had with a panel was worked on by Kevin Lozada (who was a nice enough person), but the problem persisted thereafter. Another technician from Harris was sent to my home the next day, who then said that the problem was not fixed, but the correct fix was a $30K+ higher project (to gut the entire house and rewire). When I complained about why I was charged to a Manager named Eric, he gave me the runaround about the definitions they use internally of 'minor diagnoses.' Bottom line is - I was charged $351 for someone to step inside my home after 6mins and whatever work was done, did not work! Eric refused to provide a credit, a refund, let alone an apology! I asked him to respect the initial rating I gave, and he wouldn't even do that. He told me he would have someone email me so I can file a complaint. I told him that the reason I asked him/a Mgr to call me in the first place is to express my complaint. I eventually had to hang up because he was wasting my time trying to explain that he cannot do anything to help without admitting it. Consumers beware- find a local electrician who is interested in solving the problem rather than trying to sell a service warranty program.
I had two plugs in my kitchen, one with a light and an outlet, the other a double outlet. No one could figure out what the problem was. Mr Chris Childs from Harris Heating and Plumbing fix everything within 45 minutes. I'm sooo satisfied and happy I could shout. And the price was very reasonable.

Harris was very responsive to my needs and sent Nick Madron who came the same day. He was very efficient, customer oriented and professional. I'll certainly call them again for my plumbing needs.
Definitely 5 stars. Angle was great, very knowledgeable, truthful and professional. Excellent service. Looking forward to using their service in the future for my next HVAC cleaning and tune up.
Karen B.First, Sean turned off my water softener and told me it was BROKEN because salt hadn't been put in for a period of time. We put in salt, then he tested the water and told me that the water was not being softened at all. Then he tried to sell me a new softening system. This was a fairly new system and something didn't feel right in my gut. I had to call another plumber to come out and tell me that the clock wasn't set on the panel, so the softer was just sitting idle. He set the timer, tested my water and said that it was softening just fine. I will never use Harris again.
They replaced a garbage disposal for us and charged $855. It was a straightforward install. I should have asked prior but what price gouging. I will never recommend or use them again.
