Our story began in 1985 when we took over a chimney sweeping business. Soon after, this business transformed into a full-service heating, air conditioning, and plumbing operation. In 1997, we launched our propane delivery service with the acquisition of our first propane truck. Our journey began with a single truck, and we have grown rapidly thanks to word-of-mouth. We credit our success to our commitment to providing the best prices and adhering to the golden rule: treat customers as you wish to be treated. As a family-run business, we are deeply committed to our work and constantly explore new avenues, whether through technology or operational adjustments, to provide you with the best service possible!

Karren H.Needed a plumber to attach the chain to my toilet flapper. Instead he kept messing around inside the tank. Ended up messing with my flow valve, bend my handle all out of line and didnt accurately fix anything. My water kept running, thus it increased my electric bill by a whopping $200.00.
I ended up ordering all of the parts from Amazon, and repairing it myself.
NEVER EVER USE THIS COMPANY!!!!!
They need to pay me $425.00, is the only way to make things right.
Owner replied she was so sorry but her manager that dismissed me was unacceptable. She should call me and offer a concession. Poor customer service
My experience was terrible. Service guy came out and diagnosed my ac unit as having a bad fan blower motor. I get like I was dealing with a car salesman. He went out yo his truck to talk to someone like at a car dealer. He can e back with a price of $1800 for a new motor. A new motor is around $250 and it takes about an hour to complete the entire job. I had a local company come out and estimate the job at $550. Harris is obviously ripping people off. DO NOT CALL THEM. They also charged me $69 for the visit which I really want back . They also tried to talk me into replacing my system telling me if I sell the house I will recoup that money since I mentioned possibly moving in the future. They are just scum he that over charge for a simple motor replacement that I could've done myself but didn't have the time.
Jimmy Hart from Harris Plumbing was able to repair our air conditioner on an extremely hot day. He did a great job and offered three options. I am grateful that I am able to extend the life of a nine-year-old unit. Jimmy was very kind and professional. I signed a contract which not only gave me a discount but ensures I will have yearly maintenance, which should also help extend the life of our heater and AC.
Please DO NOT call this company even if they are available. They forced us to spend $7000 to replace our water heater when it could be fixed in $100. Provided us both quotes but refused to do the repair.
I usually do not write reviews but for this company I am, because of my experience.
Jere A.I had an appointment with Harris for Monday in the afternoon. I came home at noon and waited but heard nothing so I called at 4 pm, and 5 pm. Each time I was told they'd be here but they didn't know when. then at 5:18 I got a text saying I had to call in the next 10 minutes to let them know I was home. I called immediately and was told they were coming. I called again at 6:20 because still no one showed up. I was told I'd get a call back. No call. So I've spent 7 hours waiting and wasted my day and no one has bothered to call or show up. This is not how to treat your customers.
I had a faucet put in my home my own faucet brand new he said everything was good 466 dollars two days later it was leaking came out and put in a new faucet Wich they sold me another 619 I'm in 1100 dollars for a faucet I thought they would not charge me for the first job I called the plumbing manager he refused to talk to me and told me to stop payment on credit card so I did I'm claming he damaged the first faucet all I want is not to be took advantage of this is the worst experience I ever had with a plumber this is the first review I ever wrote what do you think I'm not made of money this place is the worst not to mention the faucet was scratched up and I told them that and still no call offered a service plan what makes them think I would call them for anything ever!!
If you are looking for reliable and considerate service, you definitely want to rethink using Harris Plumbing, Heating Air and Electrical.
Scheduled and appt with them for 10am. Rearranged my schedule to meet with them. After an hour waiting, I called them and they said they had an ""emergency"" and had to reroute my technician. They said they would have someone there soon. 15 ins later I received a message that they have someone on the way if I could wait another hour. I agreed and they sent me a new tech assignment. 15 mins later they called and said, the new tech had to be rerouted due to an ""emergency"".
2 1/2 hours later and I had to cancel. Why would you ever work with a company that has no respect for your time?
Imagine if I contracted them for the job.
I suggest u Neva eva use this place.its bad when u hav an old man come to your house, set u up 4 service, only to rip u off,& act like to this day they don't know.i gave them 250$ for propane tank rental/fill-up & installation.they told me they had to call the city, wait for a permit(that I paid for)then they'll b back.THAT WAS 3 YEARS AGO.and I didn't know they were the same company cuz they had a different name for plumbing.they got me for 2000$ on a simple fix.im disabled,I don't have the strength to take them to court ,I'm positive I'd win but I hope they run into the right ppl that will.
Needed sewer pipe relaced.Harris did a great job.Went above and beyond. Pipe was ten foot down in a 74 year home built on lots of rock and clay.when they were done everything looked great.put a fence back up replanted a bush.Great service good price.Highly Recommend.
