Our story began in 1985 when we took over a chimney sweeping business. Soon after, this business transformed into a full-service heating, air conditioning, and plumbing operation. We introduced our first propane truck in 1997, marking our entry into the full-service propane delivery market. Our journey began with a single truck, and we have grown rapidly thanks to word-of-mouth. Our growth stems from our dedication to offering competitive prices and following the golden rule—treating customers as we would like to be treated. As a family-owned and operated business, we pour our heart and soul into our work and continually seek innovative ways to enhance our service, whether through technology or refining our processes!

Deborah K.I called for an estimate on moving existing water lines and drain line to accommodate a washer and dryer. The technician arrived on time and very polite. The estimate to say the least very high at $5100.00 to move lines at the most six inches. We are members of the Harris Plumbing group so I asked about a discount. Was told I was not a member at the address I was seeking to have work completed. The technician did lower it some to $4300.... I asked what am I paying for???? Granted there was a walk in tub in the area, which my husband and I were removing. Of course reaching out to another plumbing company was the course of action! My second estimate was $475.00 and the job is now complete. I reached out to the company via email for an explanation as to what I would have paid for, seeing as the discrepancy was so large. I have not received a response.
Mandy G.I called Harris on a Monday at 2:30 because my kitchen faucet broke and I needed someone to replace it for me.
Less than 24-hours later, a technician named Kyle arrived. He replaced the faucet with one I had purchased, and offered to check out any other problems in the house. He was very friendly!
I definitely think I paid a premium for this service, and could have gotten a cheaper rate if I compared prices more or went with a smaller business. However, the job got done fast and I don't have any real complaints. I would consider using Harris again in a pinch.
very dependent on tech.
they have one tech who is consistent in screwing up.
first visit, he took 3 hours to find obvious problem and then left with unit still not working.
second visit was classic case of upsell.
Steve M.Called and got estimates and they were on time and responsive. The workers were here early and set up and started on time. Their Lead Foreman was very polite and courteous. They did a good job and explained as they proceeded. It was finished and cleaned up nicely. I'm happy with the results. Replacing a sewer line is not a pleasant task but the men worked well and were pleasant to converse with. As for value they did more and charged exactly the estimate.
One star because I couldn't figure out how to pick zero stars. Thought we'd try Harris Plumbing for the first time, so one of their guys stopped over to replace our outdoor faucet and stem. It's about a 1-hour job so we figured $200 to $250. The plumber said it would be $587. We told him to forget it and he responded, ""Wait, we can work with you."" He then gave us a price of $280. Yes, an immediate $307 reduction!
So we settled on $260. It was like buying a used car! So bad.
They're the worst the worst in Perry and Perry is real bad Perry heating and plumbing they charge too much you don't fix it right thanks forever to get them fire beware they're very expensive
Fantastic experience from start to finish. Called Harris after having another company come out to fix our air conditioner. The other company showed up the next day and told us our compressor was shot. We would need a new unit which they could install within 6 hours for $5,000. Luckily I called Harris for a second opinion. Sal from Harris came in within 2 hours of our call and within 10 minutes evaluated the situation and offered us a few options as the starter was bad. After discussing how to move forward, Sal had it fixed and blowing cold air within minutes. All the parts needed are carried on their trucks. No excuses, like we need to order parts and we will let you know when they come in. So instead of a $5k bill, I paid $530 to have it fixed plus a one year service contract for both my air conditioning and heating. Definitely will use these folks again. So hard these days to find someone who cares.
This company Harris Air and Heating is the worst of the worst!!! They came because our air wasn't blowing cold air. They came to the conclusion that we had a leak in a pipe underground. They NEVER EVER did the correct test for it. They jaut just guessed at it. So s a consumer of course we believed them. The same day a salesmen came to out house to see us a new air conditioning unit AND furnace that they said we HAD to have. They gave a quote of around $7,000-$8,000 for the furnace alone!!! We had 3 other air and heating companies come out to look at it all. They ALL agreed that they were totally telling us completely the wrong things that were the problems. They NEVER did the correct test on the leak in the hose that was leaking. Making this story alot shorter it ended up the hose INSIDE the hose needed to be replaced. This story does go on and on and gets much worse!!!! The point of this review is DONT trust them. If you do have them look at your heating and air PLESE get at least one other estimate!!!! It has been a horrible experience. They tried to get money from us that we didn't need to give them. Alot of money. We are senior citizens and I guess they thought we would just go with without any questions!!! Very sad of a company.
DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY! we have had a horrible experience for a year now with many incompetent technicians. We replaced our HVAC system last May 2022. We have had to get it serviced almost twice a month for 3 months. Instead of replacing it, they kept trying to fix it, claiming there are leaks. They even KNOCKED DOWN OUR WALL saying that they are confident they can replace a leak behind the wall. (They never fixed the hole in the wall, saying they are not affiliated with a contractor nor offered to pay for the hole) It worked for a little and then again not working! They said our motor stopped working-how does a $17k brand new HVAC have this many problems? In the process of trying to replace the motor, they CLIPPED THE COIL TO THE CONDENSER, now causing us to have to have the whole thing replaced! I am sick of this company and do not understand how they have so many great reviews. Please pay attention to the bad reviews because when they screw up, they screw up bad! The only reason why we cannot have someone else fix it is because of our warranty. It's places us in a horrible position where we cannot trust these people and the company.
Aking B.Never showed for an estimate. I called them several times. Was told they would call me back after following up with the tech. Never called back. I finally called again and was told that they wouldn't make it today. I cancelled. first impression is that they aren't reliable. All they needed to do was call and tell me that they were delayed. Would not recommend.
