Kitchen remodel - new counters and faucet. Originally, HD quoted us a pretty high amount for a sink/dishwasher disconnect and reconnect. I know that often the sub contractors are getting less when using a big box store. I needed to find one to talk with. I called Harris Plumbing after a referral from a friend, and Steve walked me through the process. We discusses timing and cost. He was transparent from the start.

Fast forward to install week... of course, the counters were ready early, and I called Steve to ask if we could move up the disconnect. He was more than accommodating and sent Jacob out, that afternoon, before our counter install. Jacob had all the necessary tools, and even in the newer built homes, with cheaper materials to hide waste lines and water, he was able to easily disconnect everything needed, without EVER having to shut off water, anywhere.

Two days later, after the counters had a day to set, Jacob returned, early and began the install of our new garbage disposal, which Harris Plumbing stocks at the same/less price that HD. Jacob had all the necessary parts and supplies to MOVE the waste line, since we went from a double sink, to a single, with the garbage disposal on the far right-top of the sink.

The job was done timely, Jacob ensured that his work area was spotless prior to leaving, and checked his work three times to ensure that we had EVERYTHING, EXACTLY how we needed/wanted.

I will also add, they are working to help me design an outdoor space to wash my three large dogs, and potentially any other need for hot/cold water outside. Steve and Jacob are working, without a deposit, to ensure a useable and efficient outdoor space with access to hot water.

We had our water heater go out and we were in search of a plumber to install a new one. Our house is an older model and right away Steve informed us that we would need a tankless water heater . He was able to talk us through the process over the phone Right away I can tell that we were 100% going to be going with Harris plumbing. He informed me that Jacob would be stopping by to check out the old water heater . Right away Jacob was very polite and respectful. He was able to walk us through on what to expect just as Steve did . Which I thought was very awesome that they both took the time to actually talk and make sure we understood what was to be to going on . They were able to not only match the last plumbers quote they beat his price . And saved us so much money . They were able to come out the very next day . Everyone else told us it would be a while before they could come out . Jacob and his partner mike came on a Saturday and they took the time to make sure everything was done correctly, You can tell with this company that they take great pride in their job and company. Jacob answered every question we had and he explained Everything with pride . They had everything done very quickly we are so satisfied with Harris plumbing I highly recommend this company to anyone looking for a plumber. And I would like to add that when they went to pick up our unit from the store, the store was out of the one we needed , so they kindly Upgraded us to a better model . That's the best customer service ever . I would like to thank Harris plumbing for their excellent service .

Harris Plumbing came through for us. We had a difficult to trouble shoot leak under our kitchen sink. Different plumber had been out twice and was not able to fix it. Run, don't walk away from this dangerous ""professional."" I contracted him for what should have been a simple job of installing an instant hot water faucet. Except, Steve didn't tighten the valves under the sink correctly, there was a big leak, and now my entire kitchen island cabinetry was removed for water damage. And he's fighting it, saying that the leak coincided with a break in my ""old"" faucet (a Kholer purchased and installed less than a year ago) and lying to his insurance company. Not a guy you want to do business with.

We had a leak in the pressure reduction box at the top of our drive. A really nasty job to dig out and fix. Steve was promptly on the scene and had it right in a matter of hours at a very good price. Highly recommend!

I called Harris Plumbing based on other positive reviews. I spoke with Steve and described my problem. He said they would come out and take a look. He sent a staff plumber over and the guy told me the toilet was not functioning properly. He didn't know how to fix it, but he would have Steve do some research and get back to me. I sent Steve a text with the outcome and asked that he get back to me asap with the suggested resolution after he spoke to the on call Plumber.

I never heard back and ended up fixing the toilet myself. I know NOTHING about plumbing. I was charged $120 to be told the toilet didn't work. I already knew that. Very disappointed.
