we needed a lot of work and for plumbing and they acted fast with a quote but was unprofessional. As to scheduling, and work ethic They try to make you feel as that have your best interest , yet don't do their invoices correctly!!! We are dealing with a fire hazard and they were supposed to fix it and it's on our original paperwork but they claim they don't have a invoice of it. I have to take a picture and email it. While we are still dealing with a fire hazard. lastly it can be proven and I will .

We had a late no heat call. Harris had us up and running quickly! I would absolutely recommend! Strato was our tech and seemed very knowledgable and friendly!

They cleared the blockage in our underground drain pipes without resorting to tearing up the concrete above, saving us a lot of money and hassle. Along the way, they found and fixed several smaller issues, patching up holes with concrete and shoring up a very old drain -- they went above and beyond, at a fair price. Would recommend to anyone.

I've had the work done by them and I have to say these are five star plumbers. I had work done on my home and they did such an excellent job. I don't have any plumbing issues and it's such a relief. I spoke to Salvatore and he was so helpful and patient with me.

I has a stopped up sewer drain that was causing water to back up into the basement. I called Harris Plumbing and explained the problem. They misdiagnosed it, insisting that the leader line from my roof did not connect to the sewer main, even though I told them that it did. They told me I had a dry well that needed to be excavated (I do not) and they charged me $572 for the bad advice. After another firm came and solved the problem -- the leader line does connect to the sewer! and that's where the issue was! -- and charged me a fraction of the cost to clear it -- I called Harris to ask that they refund my money. Was connected to Sal (although he said he was not the same Sal who signed my invoice). He refused a refund.

One thing to make a mistake. Another to refuse to own it. I won't use Harris Plumbing again and cannot recommend them.

I can't even speak to the quality of their work; they moved our appt from Thursday to Friday and then tried to move it to Monday until I complained prompting an appt for later in the afternoon Friday. They then called and over the phone recommended several fixes without even inspecting our boiler. I called someone else who arrived within 2 hours and said nothing was wrong with some of the parts Harris told us to replace. All in all, I received very poor customer service from Harris and would not recommend.

wow i just call with an emergency, but is nobody available they are close on weekend and don't have emergency contact personal for customers that is a real shame

I recently used Harris Plumbing and Heating to help get my gas turned back on; this was a stressful process because it involved filing papers with NYC. After interviewing, several Master Plumbers, this company and its staff was caring, honest, professional, and reasonably priced. They completed the Job and I am very pleased.

I have been using Harris Plumbing for several years. Harris Plumbing is licensed and insured. They are very competent. Always come at the appointed time or earlier. Work is done in a timely and competent manner. Prices are competitive. I would definitely recommend them for all your plumbing needs. Thanks in particular to Chris, Nick and Andrew. I would be remiss if I left out the office staff who are always very professional and courteous.
