Perry saved the day! My water heater was leaking. I called and he responded right away--actually answered his mobile while he was on the road! He was able to pick up a fresh water heater, deliver and install it all in the same day! Was efficient, neat, not a budget killer and very nice! Hot water is a wonderful thing! very overpriced. no heat at all, changed thermostat and charged over 200. could have done that myself. still no heat, called was told furnace does not go on when u turn up thermostat, (HUH?) always did before. still no heat. had to call another pro to come out and fix a pressure valve, also cleaned the lines all for 150. you decide. the worst was being made to feel stupid when you're freezing to death and they want to come back out and charge more instead of fix the original problem. your choice

I have known Perry for over 25 years and have used his services many times over the years. He has done the plumbing in many of the new homes that we built in Lake Region Estates, Monroe, NY. I also use him for my personal house where he has done everything from a multifuel boiler to a water softener and even helped me get my hot tub plumbing in. He is especially good with wells having all the latest equipment to handle the pump. When my water stopped he had me going in a few hours. Perry is a perfectionist and when a big investment like your house is at stake you need to put it in the right hands. And that is Perry, my MAN..
