I would HIGHLY recommend Harris-Dudley! We had our main shutloff valve to the house replaced. The technician JeffBwas extremely courtenous and knowledgeable. I watched him and asked a lot of questions just out of curiosity. The final costs were 100s of $ less than I thought it would cost. I cannot highly recommend these guys enough!

Harris-Dudley was recommended to us for a heated driveway, snowmelt system we put in with a new driveway in 2015. We selected Harris-Dudley after having several bids done as they seemed -- by far -- the most knowledgeable of those that bid, references were excellent and their bid was competitive.

Customer service (5 out of 5) -- outstanding from start to finish. Responsive, consistently on time and on kept us informed throughout. The project was completed in the spring of 2015, so we were surprised in Nov 2015 on the morning of the first significant snow to get a call from Harris-Dudley to check on how well the system was working. That is a level of customer service and follow through that we were not expecting!

Construction (5 out of 5) -- we had a lot of crews working onsite that required a fair bit of schedule coordination. Harris-Dudley was a pleasure to work with as they coordinated directly with the other crews onsite (concrete, stucco, etc) to slot their work in at the appropriate time.

Product / results (5 out of 5) -- we were not entirely sure that a heated driveway made sense. We could not be more pleased with how well the system works and now after a fair number of winters, we're glad we decided to put in the system. It works exceptionally well. Harris-Dudley zoned the front steps and walkway separately, so that if we ever get ice on the walkway or front steps, we can just switch the snow melt system on just for that area. We don't miss the hassle of dealing with snow removal or having to have salt or chemicals spread on the front walk and steps to get rid of ice.

I have used this company for 2 years now. The first service they did was fine but very expensive. This past summer they have been to my home on 3 occasions to service my A/C. They have charged me each time and the total charges are now over $1000 and the system still s not operating properly. Time to switch

They were a no-show for the first appointment and didn't bother to call and let us know. We had to call them to find out they would not be coming. I took off of work three hours early to meet them. I should not have rescheduled! They came to look at our hydronic system that is providing uneven heat the next day. Within five minutes it was clear that nothing could be done to remedy the issue but the tech continued to poke around at nothing for about 45 minutes to make the $105 he was about to charge me easier to swallow. I had to stop him from going on for another hour so I wouldn't get soaked for another hour. Big waste of time and money!
