I was recommended to Dan and called him about doing some minor plumbing. He agreed to come out and look at it but he never showed up, never called and never returned 2 of my phone calls to follow up with him. I understand that he may gotten busy, but he could have at least given us the courtesy of a call so we wouldn't have been so delayed waiting on him.

We have been using Dan Harrington for years and he is great. Recently his son John did some work for us. He was extremely knowledgable and helpful. We had a couple delays before he came back to finish the job, but there was no hurry and he did a perfect job. Highly recomend.
