Billed exactly what was quoted. Took a ton of time to really help us figure out our situation. We had to tear out our concrete patio, dig a trench to lay new pipe out to the main, and have the city install a new tap into the main. Brad took care of everything and was gracious during the entire process. We will be using these fellas every time!

If zero stars were an option I would select that for this business. I just purchased a home and my real estate agent contacted Brad a week ago identifying plumbing work urgently needed in the home to facilitate a smooth move-in this week. Brad never followed up. After waiting days (a week actually) for him to call me to schedule the work, I called him. My agent had sent him photos of the problems that needed fixing, but Brad was clueless about my home needing repairs. I gave him both my address as well as the name of my agent within the first few minutes of speaking with him, but he couldn't find anything in his system re my home. So I wasted 10 minutes getting him up to speed on the needed work. Then, as we were wrapping up the call, the name of my agent (who he frustratingly kept trying to correct me as being my landlord (I think I would know the difference)) came back up. Finally it clicked for Brad and he realized that, yes, he was familiar with the work request after all. Not a very organized or bright person, clearly. Also not very professional, as it turns out. After booking me for a 2pm appointment that day (which was a huge relief because my family is to move in this weekend), he canceled my appointment an hour before the work was scheduled. Very, very disappointing. Suffice it to say, I will never work with this company again. They are very unprofessional and disrespectful of others' time.

Okay, you're getting ready to put on the Celtic Festival and Saturday morning your plumbing starts backing up. Brad came out and tried to snake out my problem, but it was not to be. He came back Monday and tried again, no luck. Time to get to the root of the problem. Camera couldn't see so let's go diggin'. Low and behold when my house was built 24 years ago the contractors pulled out the sewer stub from the main and installed from house to broken line (quality). How it lasted 24 years is amazing in itself. The repair took less than a day even with pulling up the sidewalk, I could breathe easier. All the care and concern Brad had in doing a good job as quickly as humanly possible should not unnoticed. Thank you. Richard M.
