They came out to my home several times to clean out drain line and broke the drain line with snake, and owner told me they will not come back to my house. great work at $300 a hour NOT and a $1200 bill.

Great outfit. Sold my house and had a couple things come up on the home inspection. They quoted me over the phone and had me take pictures and email them over so they could see what they were working with. Dean was a pleasure to work with and even helped me out by itemizing each item line by match the inspection results. They tackled the five issues that were on the inspection in under an hour, all for $250. Couldn't have been happier to check that stuff off the list. These guys made it even easier.

I called Harold's because I needed a plumber for a small problem at a Condominium Association that I manage. After calling a couple of plumber's who were rude or clearly not interested in helping, I got ahold of Dean at Harold's and could not have been more happy! Dean was exceptionally professional and helpful and was in communication every step of the way. I truly appreciated their help and service and would definitely recommend them or use them again in the future!

Not recommended for residential plumbing. Used to be a loyal customer, but not using ever again. The owner, Curt, has become extremely arrogant and rude. He either has a serious drug or drinking problem, or he thinks he is too good to deal with his residential customers and maybe he only wants to have the big commercial jobs now. Last dealing with him, he categorically denied having a conversation with a fixture distributor who was holding a couple of thousand dollars' worth of plumbing fixtures (which we had already purchased) to be installed in our home. Conversation was that Harold's would take delivery and set up an appointment to install. Instead, they did absolutely NOTHING for over a week, did not call us, and after I confirmed, twice, with the person at the distributor who had the conversation with Curt, and then called and talked to him about it, Curt categorically denied having any conversation with anyone at the distributor company, and told me to ""F*** Off"" and go find another plumber. Not professional, and certainly not reliable.

We had a horrible plug that my brother and I just could not get to. Harod's Plumbing sent 2 guys from their crew and got the job done. Their rates were comparable to other plumbers in the area and they were hard, fast workers. Now we can run the water again! Thanks, Harold's Plumbing!

I thought this was a great local plumber but turned out to be a nightmare. They are unreliable, rude and incompetent. Called for a water leak and guy said he couldn't find it BUT did happen to find another that was at the opposite end of the original leak. Now how do I really know if there was another leak or were they just over charging me?
When the leak continued they returned with a different plumber who located the leak immediately and charged us again!
The amount of water damage that has been done to my house went from a small area to 3 rooms in my house. DO NOT USE THESE PEOPLE!

I had been looking for two weeks for a specific insulation foam that I had previously found years ago in Tukwila, but I was striking out! I was stumped, but yesterday remembered this little plumbing store that had helped me out before when my 28 year old golden yellow toilet broke and I couldn't find a replacement, ( it had a matching tub).
I couldn't believe my eyes when he came out of the warehouse with a dusty replacement.
So I asked myself why go to a plumbing store for this, long story long , but after a few questions, Curt's eyes lit up and he once again came out of the warehouse with exactly what I needed. #lovesmalltownbusiness

I went to Harold's in Auburn and talked to Curt the owner about replumbing my washer water outlet box. We setup a date for the job. Tom arrived on time, did a great job and the cost was lower than the first estimate. If I ever need a plumbing work done again Harold's Plumbing would be the only one I would call.

If this was the last plumber around, DO NOT CALL THEM! They do not know what the h* they are doing. The company I used before couldn't come so in desperation I called Harold's. I have an older home and the guy was having a hard time finding the clog. He even had the nerve to charge me for the hour he sat and did nothing (he said he was trying to think where else to look). Then when he attempted to send the snake through my basin, he broke the trap and charged me for the replacement he had in his truck. The guy left all the gunk in the tub (I know my ""regular"" plumbing company would have helped me clean it out). He also left the nasty rag he was using. If they've had years of experience in the Seattle area, I saw NO sign of it.
I'm only giving the 1 star rating because this system requires it. They don't even deserve the 1 star.
