Harold Durst established Harold's Plumbing Inc. based in San Antonio, Texas, beginning in 1982. At Robert E. Lee High School, Harold attended his education. Harold discovered his passion for plumbing in high school as a junior. He completed his studies from Robert E. Lee in 1972. Due to Rudy DeGarza and the technical plumbing classes available at the school, Harold's future was shaped. He understood a need for plumbing and understood that plumbing would never disappear. Working in plumbing is a respectable and dedicated profession that permits him to assist others with his skills in plumbing. Harold holds the title of a Certified Master Plumber within the State of Texas. Tanya T.Great service, the plumbers were very attentive, knowledgeable and fast, and I was shocked when the bill came it was very inexpensive. I did call other competitors and they quoted me way higher than Harold's Plumbing did. I will continue to use this company for my plumbing. I'm not sure what those other peoples comments are so negative. I have not experienced anything like that so don't take everything you read so serious. A+ to Harold's plumbing!
Betty G.Had Harold's Plumbing out to unplug a washing machine drain. It took Harold's son about 10 minutes, and he gave me a bill for $285. When I called Harold to complain, he said that it is normally $225 for this service because they have to use a small machine, but that he understood there was more service involved than the washer drain. There was not because my tenants had taken care of the other problem. Harold did reduce the bill to $225, however, I checked with Bryco Plumbing and they said it should have cost about $156. I also checked with my regular plumber who had recommended Harold's for services requiring drain cleaning, and he, too, said that it should have cost around $150. I tried to post this complaint on Harold's website, but it appears you can only post reviews that give them very positive responses.

Mike V.Very rude!! Called to ask a question and the person was very short and acted like he didn't want to be at work! Asked for his name and while I was asking him he hung up on me! It's ok I called their competitor and I will definitely spend my money with them no matter the cost! Everyone looking for a plumber call AAA-Auger. They are actually good peeps..
