Harolds Plumbing replaced all the underground plumbing under my slab house. All their workers were excellent. They were fast, on time, courteous, and completely cleaned up after themselves. It was a big job, for me at least. I couldn't ask for a better job and it was a very competitive price. Another plumber replaced a toilet for me and he was just as good as all the other workers. I never saw anyone even take a break or use their cell phone. Amazing to find such a quality company. Thank you Harold!
And no we're not related in any way, they just do excellent work.

We started with our utility sink backing up when our washing machine would drain. Then not long after the back patio slab would get wet while the washing machine was draining. Finally, we had to bite the bullet and come to the realization that we had serious plumbing issues. We were lucky because my neighbor had used Harold's Plumbing when they had to have their plumbing replaced. Her husband spoke with several plumbing companies before he chose Harold's. He was very picky and I know he did his homework before choosing a plumber.
We chose Harold's based on his high recommendation. Harold came out and did the video pipe inspection himself. He explained everything in detail on what was going on. Since the house was over 50 years old all plumbing had to be replaced, since the cast iron pipes had collapsed. I was worried that my whole yard would be a mess with the digging, water & sand. To our surprise, these people are AMAZING. From the first guys who came and dug & made the trench by sucking up all the muddy mess to Clarence & David with Gator's Sand Pumping who is by the way owned by Harold's. They came and pumped the sand and cleaned up & you could not tell that I had anything done. Harold's team had nothing but positive words about their company and their boss and they had all been working with Harold in excess of 10 years. That tells you a lot about an employer and company. One of the best parts was his office staff would call the day before and tell us what time and what would be done before his team arrived. They were on top of our job like we were their only customers.
As worried as I was about having all of this work done, this team of professionals carried out the job without any interruption or disturbance to our daily routine. By far, hands down Harold's will be my go to plumber for any future needs.

I used Harold's Plumbing to conduct a video inspection of my drainage pipes for a house I was considering buying. Harold himself comes out to do all video inspections, not some new timer who took a 2 hour course on video camera inspections, but the owner of the company so you know it's gonna be done right. Sure enough, Harold's inspection determined that all the pipes (100'+) underneath the slab foundation house were cracked.
The nice thing was that I didn't have to turn around and give this to another plumbing company to get a quote on the job since Harold is one of the few plumbers in the city that is equipped to do this sort of job. Harold gave me a very competitive quote and after I purchased the house (having used the video camera inspection as a bargaining chip to negotiate a significantly lower price on the house) I scheduled Harold's crew to come out.
Harold said they had a few jobs ahead of mine and would likely get to me in a 2-3 weeks which wasn't an issue. Plus, that's the sorta thing you wanna hear....that Harold does so many of these complicated piping jobs that these guys are booked up weeks in advance. After a few weeks, I got a few days notice and then Harold's crew started. They water bored out holes for the plumbers to expose the broken pipe. They made the holes big enough so their plumbers could effectively replace the piping. After the piping was replace and the job was inspected by the city, Harold's crew pumped in sand to fill the void.
The different crews that Harold had were very professional and left the jobsite clean each day. These were not your typical rough-around-the edges blue collar workers; they were extremely polite, courteous, and friendly. They gave me constant updates on the job's progress and took pictures that showed the replaced piping (ABS). Aditionally, the in house staff who fields most calls is always friendly and knowledgeable.
Being a mechanical engineer who deals with designing piping systems for refineries and docks as a job, I can spot a quality installation when I see one, and Harold's crew definitely does a quality job. Additionally, Harold's initial estimate was spot on.
I would definitely recommend Harold's crew if you have cracked drainage lines and need them replaced, you don't want to hire a crew from the parking lot of Lowes for that sort of work. Having the utmost confidence in Harold and his crew, I am sure to use them for other plumbing tasks around my house and will report back after those jobs are finished.

There aren't enough words to explain how grateful I am for this company! They saved the day, as I had no working restrooms in my house! For starters the ladies in the office are super nice and helpful and actually know what they are talking about, which helped for when the guys got here! The guys were able to come out the same day, they were super helpful and knowledgable, and got the job done! My entire house was backed up and they fixed it that day. The companies I had contacted before them gave me the run around and wanted to charge me $1000+ to install a new drainage clean out. That wasn't even necessary for the job and Harold's plumbing fixed it without needing to do that and the price didn't even come close! Their prices are so reasonable and affordable. I highly recommend this company and I would probably call them before my home warranty because they were that great! Thank you, Harold's plumbing! Keep up the great work!

The tech was professional and on time and knew exactly what to do. They even were available to come out the same day of the incident. I would use them again and recommend them.

Would not do business with a company that does business with Gator Sand Pumping. Horrible customer service, estimates aren't credible.
