I have used Harold's over 5 years now and they are always spot on!... They were here on time as always, and I sure appreciate the GREAT SERVICE!..

I was quoted $85 over the phone, for a simple snake job, and if they ran in to issues it would be $185. When their guy shows up, he tells me it would be $185, without even assessing the situation.
Then he proceeds to tell me ""if you pay with cash I can do it for $150"". I told him I had someone do the same job three years ago for under $100. He told me that's a great price but nobody will do it that cheap any more.
I don't know if the company has a cash discount that steep, but I doubt it. It sure appeared to me that he was gonna pocket the cash for the job and screw his company...I may be wrong, judge for yourself!
I can't review their work, because I told the guy I'd find someone else to do it.
I got the job done for under $50.

First quote from RotoRooter came out as $680. After I freaked out, they reduced it to $600. I called around and Harold's was the first to return my call. After all was said and done, they found the cheapest way to complete the job and charged me $98. Only caveat is they don't take credit card.
