Our septic system was backing up again so this time I called Harner Plumbing. Mike Allen, one of their service technicians, arrived at 6 AM and eliminate the nasty roots invading the piping to the septic system in about 1-1/2 hours. I recommend Harner Plumbing!!! A job well done, promptly, and at a fair price!

Everyone I dealt with at Harner Plumbing was professional and helpful. Dana was able to fit me into their schedule, even though I called late in the day. Mike and Sam showed up on time, explained what the plumbing problem was and their plan to address it. They answered all my questions and were respectful of my property. I find plumbing repairs to be one of the least enjoyable experiences, primarily because there seem to be so many people out there looking to milk a job for every last penny. Harner provided great service at a fair price. They aren't cheap, but great companies seldom are. In fact, they came back out well over a month after they were finished for an issue that they weren't even positive was theirs....they fixed it at no additional charge, only requiring payment for additional services that had arisen. They were transparent, timely, and did a great job. I would not hesitate to use them myself or refer them to others.
