We hired Harmonic Home Repair to do an electrical job that we had hired two other electricians to do. I felt like I was in tears when I called them. I was going to pay someone a third time to do the same job. The very nice scheduling lady promised me I would not be disappointed. I have to be honest, I was not hopeful. Jeremy, Paul, and the team at Harmonic were fantastic. They installed can lighting in multiple rooms in our house, fixed some faulty wiring, rewired some switches, and their sister business installed a cold air return for our HVAC system in the basement. They came on the days promised and laid out very clear expectations of what they would do. Their customer service experience, billing, etc. were all modern and convenient. Additionally, they are members of the Naperville Area Chamber of Commerce, so they are invested in being a part of the Naperville business community. Five stars!

From owner, Jeremy, Liz in the office to Paul in the field doing the work, this is an exceptional service company doing things the right way! My wife knows I'm a bit picky when it comes to who I let come to our house and do work for us. Paul is indeed the man to fix a lot of broken things for you in your home, but specifically he changed out some light fixtures for my wife and I that another electrician started but couldn't finish. Paul went above & beyond the call of duty to find the right way to replace/install a light fixture over a mirror that could have been challenging for many electricians. Also can't say enough about how Jeremy and Liz had excellent customer service skills from answering emails over the weekend to setting up the best time for me to be home. Awesome job everybody! Was honest/up front about everything, on-time, cleaned during/after job and quick & easy credit card payment at the end. Already have other jobs lined up for these guys. Give them your business.
