Bill Harlow does an AMAZING JOB, explains everything thoroughly and knows which other contractors do good work as well, so is able to make recommendations for plasterers etc - have hired him multiple times, he's the ONLY plumber I'd hire in Greenville County, 10/10 would hire again

We have been having pressure issues for about 1-2 months. I had a suspicion my previous PRV was on the way out due to seeing uneven water pressure in the house. I called a few plumbers and some didn't even bother returning my call, after a few back and forth chats with Bill Harlow, he told me he would give me a new PRV where all I have to do is remove the union if I should ever have to replace it again myself! How is that for honesty? Not only did Bill quote me very fair, but he came out the soonest out of all the people I called. I have to wholeheartedly recommend his services, thank you sir!
