Customer service / job scheduler was one of the worst I've ever dealt with. When Lowe's asked them to simply install the new dishwasher I bought, Harlow sent out a guy who determined that my garbage disposal, which was also being replaced, would have to be done first because it was clogged and the dishwasher can't drain through it and he needs to confirm the whole setup before leaving. That didn't bother me too much, though everyone involved knew the disposal wasn't working and no one had thought of this issue previously. The Harlow guy apologized and said they would come back at no extra charge after I replaced the disposal, as I did the next day. When I called back Harlow to re-schedule, the woman answering the phones said they COULDN'T do the dishwasher installation because I had supposedly """"modified"""" my disposal so that it wouldn't drain! I told her it wasn't modified, it was broken, but is now fixed. She immediately repeated that they """"can't"""" do the installation! No interest in understanding, no concern that she had bad information, and no concern about losing the job. (I assume she's not the owner!) I managed to only raise my voice a little as I told her, """"Of course you *can* install it, you just don't want to."""" Before I could ask where she got the bizarre idea that I modified it, or to transfer me to a manager, she cuts me off with, """"Thank you, goodbye"""" and HANGS UP! There was worse to come when I contacted Lowe's, but I'll spare you that part. I doubt the plumber lied to that lady, but she lied to me about my disposal, lied ABOUT me and again later, lied later to Lowe's, and basically insulted my intelligence on top of her incredible rudeness. Lowe's wound up refunding my installation fee. I wouldn't trust Harlow for anything.

Harlow Plumbing is excellent. My husband needed a walk-in shower due to multiple hip surgeries and was approved through VA to have one installed. We chose Harlow because they were local, small business, and had many 5 star reviews. During the presentation, they were respectful, friendly, honest, mindful of my husband's special needs, and assisted us in planning according to VA requirements. They were also the most reasonable out of 3 other bids. During construction, they were prompt, consistent with the plan, and neat and tidy. We love the final result. Aesthetically the bathroom looks so much better and my husband can now safely take a shower. We would recommend Harlow Plumbing and particularly to our veterans and anyone with special needs. I contracted the plumbing through Lowes when I bought a new kitchen faucet there. I did that because Lowes had a very decent price. At the time I wasn't sure about going the cheaper route. Lowes handed off the installation job to Harlow Plumbing. I am glad they did. The communications were great. The plumber arrived precisely on time. He was very courteous, did the work professionally and finished quickly. I am very pleased with the job they did.

Way overpriced! Wanted to charge $1,000 to install 2 vanities above the cost of the plumbing. Instead I had the plumbing moved and I installed the vanity at a fraction of their quote

I called another company to come fix my gas water heater and this company went out and said the heater had a recall and the parts were unavailable long story short and $309 later we decided to call another plumbing. We called Harlow Plumbing and we are so happy we did! Pete said he could be out after his job in Navarre about 10:00 am. Pete was there soon after 10:00 and by 2:00 he had replaced the gas water heater and for a lot less than the other company was going to charge whenever they could get to it!! What a pleasant surprise to get Pete and Harlow Plumbing to help us in our time of need!

We completed a major renovation, 2 bathrooms, entire house re-plumbed, new gas lines installed, tankless hot water heater installed. Harlow Plumbing was so easy to work with. Wes was able to see our vision and bring it to life. We were across the country while much of the renovation occurred. We came to town several times and they were always on schedule. I never worried about them being in the house, they were always professional, cleaned up after themselves and always replied promptly if questions or concerns arose. They gave me a quote and never went over budget. The end product is beautiful and I have no issues or complaints. I would highly recommend Harlow Plumbing.

We used this company for a gas line install. They were actually the most expensive estimate we got but my husband thought they were professional and could get it done the quickest, so we went with them. Worst mistake ever. I received an estimate on 4/28 and approved it the same day. I was told it would be a couple of weeks to pull the permit and get the job done. I called a few times in May and June and was told we were still waiting on the permit. Finally someone came to install the line on June 16th, almost 7 weeks later. At this point parts had to be ordered (why they weren't ordered when the estimate was approved I'm not sure) and the work was not completed for another week. Then we waited on the inspection and waited and waited. I was told my gas line was terminated by the city in 2020 for non use so we paid an additional $660 and that was reactivated. Finally 3 months later I'm ready for the city to set the meter. I called again after sending several emails and no response and I was told the final inspection was done by the county on 7/24. The city came out today and informed me that it had not been done and they still couldn't set the meter. They even provided documents showing it had not been inspected. So now we are in August and still no resolution. Please do not use this company if you are expecting professionalism or any sort of communication whatsoever. Also at no time has anyone ever apologized or taken any responsibility. I have been more than kind and patient the entire time. It takes a lot for me to write a negative review, but this is a lot. I would honestly say this is one of the worst companies I've ever dealt with.
